Method of payment they allow is through banking and just waste of it.just the worst one of all the other. Self study is better than this really bad

After taking product, salesman not listen to us. Simply postponed our cancellation requests. Only one mistake we did is that we trust the salesman. Now support team completely denying to refund the amount i.e. 50k +.

Its very pathetic.

Took trial class, the representative told us to pay and check the content, if not satisfied, they told us they will refund within a week as per their company policy. After three days of trial version we realized we need the refund and request was submitted and still not received any refund of the mount for the course we haven't availed.

They are biggest liars
Make all false promises take money and then no reply at all. You email management or CEO or founder...no one replies...
Ms. LISA and Mr. AZEEM are biggest liars and cheaters only for extracting money and they are shielded and supported by their heads as no one bothers to reply you and look into your genuine query where they are cheated by their team.

Don't know who gives positive ratings for this type of fraud company. Maybe they are members of this company. Any way, in fact my humble request to all perent, please don't go with Extramarks the fraud company. Whenever you receive any call just cut their call or my suggestion is block all number of Extramarks. Their staff are very trained in cheating and fraud. They got proper training for mind wash. They come your home, they speak like your child will next IITian. Only your child have abilities to Crack the exam. They say you take the course from Extramarks. If don't like you can cancel the subscription any time. They take a loan against you. Take whole money in advance
After that nobody of this fraud company take care of you and your child. Even they will not pick your phone. There is no any process of cancellation
If one cut by dog can cure, but if go with Extramarks the fraud company just loose your money

My brother had such a bad experience from this institution. The representatives said that we could withdraw within 7 classes with full repayment. The classes were boring. Nothing makes their classes special or stand out compared to the free classes we get in youtube. After 3 classes, when we wanted to backout, the staffs said they cant do a refund because its not 7 classes, its 7 days starting from the day of admission. There weren't any classes for four days from the admission date. These people are complete fraud and doesn't respond to our calls or mails. They put their customers in such a position the customers are forced to continue with their course since they wont give a refund. They are not at all transparent and changes their attitude time to time. Can't even give a one star rating.

I don't like extramarks education pattern as it's learn-practice-test basis. Its old pattern which students already do at home. It's for those who don't do homework at home at all.

There customer service is also worst, as we did service cancelation mail but don't receive any reply from them. We called many times to customer support, they said it's 15 to 25 days process for cancelation. As I don't understand, when they want to enroll a student they do call many times and do all registration formalities within 10 minutes and at the time if cancelation they need 15 to 25 days for procedure and lack of coordination.

Very bad classes they are not providing good guidiance just doing marketing. They just said we give you refundable amount but after sometimes they change and said we don't give you refundable. Very bad service to the students and mentor also fraud

I recently purchased Extra Marks with high hopes of accessing quality online education content. However, my experience thus far has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Firstly, upon encountering issues with the app, I reached out to customer support multiple times seeking assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever, despite my efforts to communicate the problems I was facing. This lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the app's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, I am dissatisfied with the refund process—or lack thereof. Despite being promised a refund in the event of dissatisfaction, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution regarding my request. This disregard for consumer rights and failure to honor refund policies is unacceptable.

In terms of functionality, the app itself falls short of expectations. The classes are not clear and network issues and not taking the class according to the syllabus for the student and student don't get any benefit from the class and its a waste of time and money

Overall, my experience with Extra Marks has been nothing short of disappointing. I had hoped to benefit from its educational resources, but instead, I have been met with frustration and dissatisfaction. I urge potential users to proceed with caution and consider alternative options until the app addresses these significant issues and demonstrates a commitment to improving its service.

No app I have ever seen with such perfection. It contains all the things needed by a student that helps them in learning, and all their doubts are solved without using external help. Extramarks is the best one to go for indeed, in my opinion!

This application made it super easy for my kid to study and get in-depth understanding of every subject. The add on is that they have personalised course which we brought for my daughter and proved really helpful in her studies.

I am so much excited to share my experience with Extramarks - The application is very good with many extra features, which makes it an essential tool for students to use. My son does all his homework by himself now as he has Extramarks by his side.

Hi, I'm the Ravi, father of a child of 12 years, and I want to share my experiences about Extramarks Live. First time I used it last year, when my son was in class seventh. He has performed very poor in the first few monthly tests. Being worried, I asked my son what is it that makes him get such shocking marks. He said, ‘I don't get what I'm being taught'.
After a few days, I saw an advertisement about after class help from Extramarks. I immediately landed on their website, and booked a test series and online sessions for 7th standard. They use innovative animations and easy to understand course material that anyone can understand pretty simply. Now, my son is in eighth standard; and you know what, he topped the class seventh final exam. Thank you Extramarks for helping my son!

I took package for two years and still no f ups from your team. They took another 1000 rupees for online classes. They promised me that the classes will start from 8th April 2020. But still no response. Very poor service. After so many follow ups no one reply.
Will never ever take your service in future.
You people always make a fake commitments. Only want to generate business while making fools. It's not a academic service only want money from the people. After sales no one bother to respond.

We opted for extra marks. We were promised french, but not given. The course had to be personalized according to child, But it was not even according to school. Purposely dragged the 15 days refund time and after that refused refund saying 15 days have passed.

I have registered for extra marks paid full amount of rs 50k and i am having so much problems with this package and not resolved by extra marks executives. No one is responding no one is picking calls. All portion is different from my wards school syllabus. I dnt know what to do. They are not refunding also as they told before registration that if u r not satisfied we will refund ur money. But they are not refunding and not solving my issue.

Pathetic experience, the working administration is not at all good and lie about fee and education and also any refund amount. No proper communication with the organisation for any problem or grievances. The classes are also not appropriate and they don't tally with the school courses. Worst experience would never you to waste time and money on this organisation.

No concern for students or parents. No Tips, or Model papers, no help for exam preparation or even bothering for students' attendance, leave aside attention. They sell and forget.
