You can not talk to teachers directly. These people doesn't allow you to talk to teachers. Mentor support is totally zero. Your money is completely waste. Whether your child is taking classes or not. Doesn't matter here. Zero observation towards child

Extramarks provided a structured course and ample amount of practice questions to implement what I had learnt so far in the course.

It is really a good software but sales team is purely believe in selling the product but ones product sold they are bothered to reply on queries.
