I am from UAE. I had a very bad experience with Extramarks. It is 100% fraud, without knowing that I enrolled my child from UAE after having a conversation via zoom of 2.5 hrs with Mr Utsav Menon, the name displayed on screen and later on with Ms Gautamee we paid AED 600( INR *******) for 6 months. We wanted to enroll for grade 9 which begins in April 2022, but with their persuaution we were forced to enroll it on January 2022 itself. My child never logged into their app ot site or checked the watsapp as their grade 8 annual exam was going on. I found that this is not suitable for us. Later on with furthur enquiry I understood that this is hoax and we were cheated. I asked for a refund within 1 week. But they never refund me nor aswered my query in mail sent at *******@extramarks.com /*******@extramarks.com. Above all the blocked my phone number. The toll free number provide is also fake and says its incorrect. I request all parents who have enrolled to understand that it is a total waste of money. Immediate legal action should be taken to shut down this fake organization before more parents become their victim. REQUEST TO PARENTS: PLEASE DONT ENROLL YOUR CHILD INTO EXTRAMARKS.IT IS HOAX.
