I am really happy with the service provided by Extramarks, after reading some reviews I was a little skeptical about it, but I took their trial course for my son who is in 11th standard and is preparing for his very first NEET entrance exams and I am so glad that I did as it was amazing. And now, I have purchased their courses recently.One can definitely go for courses on extramarks.

- Customer Support team never replies
- MCQ only 3 Levels, that too easy ones & repeated questions
- Practice papers, same Questions are repeated so many times, its irritating
- Report, only shows %, no way to check detailed report, which answer is correct/wrong
- English/Hindi Writting skills, essays/stories not enough samples. The samples contents are also same, with different heading. (cheating)
- parent login cant see contents

I am very much pleased with the support my kids are receiving I was very skeptical in the beginning by seeing the reviews regarding extra marks initially then came to understand most of the negative reviews are from India and am really convinced they have really worked hard for the best after-sales service for UAE market and expecting them to do the same for every market. I have enrolled for grades 6th and 10 for sibling pack and even got a discount, I first thought of dropping the idea because of the reviews, but genuinely changed my mind after the assurity given by the counselor from Extramarks Smartlearn and they really kept their word regarding the after-sales support. Will definitely recommend the same

I made my daughter take her class 10 tuition here after I got to know how amazing the app is. Her marks have improved impressively now and she is doing so much better at her studies.

Their representatives Mr Shubham and Mr Yashvardhan lied to us saying the first round conducted in school and they want to come and take second round and give scholarship to our kid. They simply take your money in full in advance and then refuse to give refund. They took 35k from us and now not even taking our calls. Just bewàre of this fraud company and its fraud representatives. Simply pathetic. Very bad experience with Extramarks Education.

I had very bad experience with extra marks Kormangala branch. I have taken subscription for my two kids. I wasn't happy with the second product I bought. Since there is cancel of subscription within 7 days…I asked for cancellation for one product within 24hrs. Mr Bharath from Extramarks called me regarding this and was vey rude to the customer. Very unhappy with the behavior. As he Hungama up the call on face between the conversation. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I installed Extramarks after reading all the positive reviews. I didn't know whether the application would be really beneficial or not. But actually, this is a wonderful application.
