My son study with Extramarks. He was joined in February, 22 for the classes 9th and 10th. I will deposit the fee for classes 9th and 10th in advance. The counselor of Extramarks is cheater and given wrong information about study and refund of advance subscription. At the time of joining the Counselor was promised that at the any stage if my son will not satisfied with his study my balance amount will be refunded. Now my son is not satisfied with the classes of Math and Science. The teacher are under qualified and they not know to how the teach. I contacted the Extramarks for refund but they are refused to refund and informed that it not his policy. The counselor is not pick my phone even I call him continuously.

It doesnt have good explanation... half the chapters are not there and the customer service is very bad. Better go with byjus or vedantu or topper. Absolutely regret buying it... stay away!

In short ye dar ka mahol create karte hai aur aap unka application kharid lo... aur application bhi bahot ghatiya hai... aur charges bhi high hai upar se...
The management is really worst, wo to bahane dhundte hai k employee ki absentee kese lagayi jaye, unki salary kese cut ki jaye.
So overall parents ko dara k bevkuf banana aur employees ki salary cut karna inko acche se aata hai...

Earlier I found studies boring and tried to escape studying. But this app has changed my attitude towards studies.
I haven't started studying in this app and I won't either. Cause I am convinced it's no use studying through this app and not only this app, byjus, vedantu are just a utter waste of time and money. Believe me self studying is the best way of learning and if you have any doubt u can always consult your teacher or search in utube without investing any money. In extramarks they will provide you with some video lectures, tell me how is this any different from the way our teacher teaches us and if you are talking about pictures, pictures have been provided in our book too. In videos a robot will teach and In class a human being will teach you. Studying through this app won't do you any good. Believe it or not. But I am here with my ardent request, literally I am imploring you don't waste your time and money in this app. Huhhhh I was saving charge to watch cdrama at night but they called me and spew up some nonsense for at least 3 hours and phone went dead and electricity didn't come back either
