In March 2021 One Mr Harsh Kapil made a phone call and requested an appointment. He said he would like to discuss a learning app and asked about my daughters progress in school and other details. In spite of asking him the purpose he spoke continuously for about 45 minutes about how he would come and discuss a programme that would greatly benefit my child. All the talk was beating about the bush, lengthy and all about spinning yarns. He said he would give a test to the child and decide if she was suitable for a "Scholarship program" Finally, I agreed and gave him 15 min time. He came and it was a mockery of a test, interview with child etc. He gave 1 week free access to a limited edition program. This was the trick! The program was good and we agreed to join at as per him discounted rates. But this was not the real program!

After the payment was made, we repeatedly received access to only 1 chapter of each subject. Each time we called to complain after 2-3 days the access was provided. Then again the access was limited to 1 chapter. This continued for 3 months. Mr Harsh Kapil had also promised mentorship to the child which never happened except once fpr 2 min on phone. He never attended the phone thereafter nor did the Company Extramarks Customer Service. It is easily one of the worst services and if you want to waste your your precious time on follow up then go ahead. My sincere and honest advise is please please please, do not go for this "FRAUD AND CHEATERS PROGRAM" THEY ARE THERE WITH YOU ONLY UNTIL YOU PAY THEM! After that you get NOTHING
