I have been purchasing from Express Medals for years. I am a bit disappointed this time that the medals I ordered came in without the strings/ribbon attached to the medals. I did specify in my orders like usual to attached the ribbons. I ordered a lot and was hoping to give them out easily. I hope this does not happen next time. Thanks!

Confusing that it said product was eligible for free shipping yet I had to select a shipping method and the 8.99 fee was applied
