I had an issue with my purchase after ordering the wrong product. After emailing them, they responded immediately and sent out my replacement product as soon as they received my return.

The Quality of the products is great. First time they send me another thing because it was out of stock, but it was even a better product.
I ordered a free sample and actually bought a gram of exodus. The exodus was good but the sample was even better! However I cannot find the free sample available to purchase on the site.

It says "shipped" on my order, which is more than you can Experte from Shops selling this Kind of product, usually. Might Update this Review when i have recieved my order.
To get something to Germany you need to wait like 7-10 days but be paitient it gets there. Little bit expensive but quality could be worse.

Placed an order back in June that i still haven't received! Despite many many emails requesting a refund because im sick and tired of jumping through their hoops again this was denied. Asked for a reship and they waffle on about opening a forwarding mail box?! I didn't want or need a forwarding mailbox when i orderdd on June and if its because of 'Brexit' thats also a lie as DPD and other couriers still ship to the UK not a problem!
Feel completley ignored via email and any response is generic 'we can't unless you do this and this and because of Brexit'...
They are only using mail forwarding so "nothing can come back to them personally and legally"... quick enough now to ignore your customers and let them deal with your very lack of service and robyou of your money in the process!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR PREPARED TO JUMP THROUGH MANY HOOPS LIKE AT A CIRCUS!
Order #******* was paid a week ago, but i am still waiting on responses of 2 emails about processing of my order... seems there is no customer service and when I see some of the reviews here about similar problems I notice the only way to possibly get them to notice you is by asking for help in a review. Let's hope it works, fingers crossed.
Edit: got response and it seemed they couldn't find my payment, but this issue was resolved within 30mins. I'll get my tracking number tomorrow.
They do though keep telling me that there is a problem with me receiving mail, but I'm 100% sure the issue is on their end.
My tip for them would be to visually show their email for contact... because from my and seemingly others experiences the 'contact us' link seems not to work correcty.
Another tip would be to get their payment system better linked to orders placed.
These 2 seemingly minor issues have mayor consequences.
Added 2 stars for quick and correct customer service, and will update and make it 5 stars once I've received my order... ofcourse I will ad a little about the satisfaction of the product.
Edit: so 3 days ago I get the promise that the order will be shipped and that I will recieve a tracking number the next day. I mean, if I were them I would make an exception and work as hard as possible to get that tracking number send to my customer within the hour, to make up for my mistakes.
But they promise to send it within 24 hrs, yet after 3 days I'm still waiting...
Quite unimpressed and back to 1 star...
I'm wondering how much longer this will take or if it's even gonna happen at all

However, please note that there does seem to be an issue with you receiving e-mails from us, if you take a look at the order status in your account's order history, customer support have been trying to reach you since November 18th, but you do not seem to receive our e-mails. The tracking number tomorrow will follow the same path, so please make sure the e-mail address is correct, check your spam folder, or alternatively you will also be able to see the tracking number in your order history.
