The online store doesn't accept returns. The Romanian law allows customers to return products when they wish to do so. I've bought a product from them which had poorer specs than what was expected from that particular product. They've refused to accept my return and give me a refund.
They don't pick up the phone.
One of The Best online shops from Romania. Friendly attitude. I but from here for many years and i like how they treat me each time when I visit The shop.
I did try to call customer support several times a week every day, many times a day, I was waiting and waiting.
After 10 minutes came an announcement "Ne pare rau toti operatorii sint angajati intr-o alta convorbire, te rugam sa revii" and closed the call.
Terrible, terrible customer service!

Am încercat să apelez support in fiecare zii timp de o săptămână chiar de mai multe ori pe zi. Am aşteptat la telefon degeaba.

Serviciul de relaţii cu clienţii este sub orice critica!
EvoMAG buys their refurbished products (phones) from Alibaba and Aliexpress (China), then they resell them in Romania 3 to 4 times more expensive, while lying to customers that the products are brand new.
EvoMAG cumpara produsele reconditionate (telefoane) de pe Aliexpress si Alibaba din China, apoi le revinde in Romania de 3-4 ori mai scump, mintind clientii ca produsele sunt noi noute.
Mare grija! Comandă data acum o săptămână și nu trimit coletele! Nu răspund la telefon sau daca răspund vorbesc în cea mai mare scârbă. Nu recomand nimănui acești tepari cu prețuri bune, doar ca sa înnebunească lumea. Este cel mai prost site care își face rău singur prin neseriozitate și aroganță față de clienți. Menționez că am cumpărat un laptop de 4500 de lei, nu este o valoare mică, dar ei tratează totul cu aroganță. NU CUMPĂRAȚI DE LA TEPARI!
Se misca greu cu garantia, sunt neprofesionali si nu au grije de lucrurile tale ba chiar le pierd si pierdute raman, nu recomand.
Asta cu "garantii rezolvate mereu in regim de urgenta" e o gluma, poate la standarde romanesti.
Am avut si alte probleme cu ei post-comanda care au demonstrat mult neprofesionalism, nu recomand Evomag.
