Easy rental process, great communication prior and during visit….lovely well appointed condo. The garage was an added bonus.
Very clean and spacious property centrally located within 15-20 min of beach. Owners and staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to correct an issue we had. Had all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

I reduced the number of guests approximately a year ago to 3 queen beds, the pull out sofa coach is still in the introduction which has caused two guests to inquire where bedding is. Chat with evolve said it would be taken care of but no confirmation provided.
I sent an email to clarify whether or not something was stocked in our rental the week we were due to arrive. I got a very quick response. Sometimes it takes days to hear back from a host but not with Evolve!
We loved this house, particularly the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and the great outdoor space. I was initially concerned using Evolve because I am used to renting direct from owner, but both owner and host were accessible and responded to my requests.
I was looking for a property with a view, and this one did not disappoint. The host is great and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. The house is furnished with everything thing we needed. We visited during March and as mentioned in other post the snow covered mountains and frozen lake view was stunning. I'm sure the summer time view is just as great. We can't wait to plan our next visit to this property.
Our stay in this property exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, cozy, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! The owners are delightful and added extra touches to make us feel welcome. Fresh fruit, a basket full of snacks, ground coffee and again, MORE! The kitchen had everything! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this guest house.
If you're considering booking a location with Evolve, you should think twice. They will go against their cancellation policy, keep your money, and just shrug behind the safety of their email.
I was charged $1,187.77 to book a weekend months in advance. Due to medical reasons we knew we were no longer going to be able to use the space and considered cancellation primarily because their policy stated:
"Please note that the guests can cancel for a full refund within the first 48 hours of confirming a reservation (and at least 14 days before check-in)."
First off, not sure how 48 hours only is an incredibly narrow timeline to cancel. Second, the policy confirms that a full refund 14 days before checkout is specified. However they considered this refund request "out of policy". So they just make up the rules to fit whatever keeps your money.

The unit we rented was perfect in many ways. First and foremost it was handicap accessible; both with an elevator to the unit and within the rental unit as well. This can be a challenge to find! The unit was clean, nicely spacious and well appointed. And as a unique feature; it perfect for the total eclipse at a reasonable price point! Thank you.

Beautifully upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, living/dining room, and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable.
Fantastic backyard for relaxing or entertaining.

With multiple food allergies I need a kitchen for even brief stays. Although the cookware was limited,it was enough to produce duck confit and lovely grilled fresh fish. Beds were comfortable and so was the overall house. Short walk to beach….because everyone needs a little exercise!
We loved this house! Gorgeous updates throughout the home. Gourmet kitchen, gorgeous hardwood floors and wonderful open space.
Primary bedroom with king bed was fabulous and the en suite bathroom is like a spa retreat.
Came from Houston to visit my daughter and grandson. I will definitely rent this house again.

As a guest, I rented a house in Punta Gouda FL for a training I was attending there locally and I prefer a home when I travel (rarely use hotels any longer). There were many issues - no info sent on how to get into the house, no welcome packet to tell us about Wi-Fi and house info, dirty dishes in sink upon arrival, filthy tub and the hot water ran out in like 5 mins, they left left-over bar soaps in the bathroom for use (not sanitary), the home was not in good condition (hardwood floors buckling up, ants in the home, general maintenance needed), and the kitchen was not stocked with basics (sauce pot, measuring cups/spoons, etc.). Their customer service is NON EXISTENT. Their response to me was that this isn't an issue and is fine by them. Don't waste your time with this company - I will never rent from them again. Renters - beware! This company is a scam. They also clearly don't care about sanitary practices or presenting a clean and properly maintained home.
Every interaction I have with Evolve always has a happy ending. If I have some concerns or questions, their chat service is brilliant and I always get someone online to help me almost immediately. When does that happen? And they are absolutely focused on making sure that you're issue dealt with. As a marketing company, I think that they're brilliant. I'm happy, more than happy, with the results that I get from them
The property management team was wonderful, especially Jacob. My flight arrived earlier than expected and he was very pleasant to deal with for an early check in. It was snowing pretty hard on the day I had to leave, and he was very gracious about letting me have a late check out if it would have been necessary. During my stay, I had one or two other questions for him that popped into my late evening - but he was always quick to respond, no matter what time it was. Overall, interacting w/ the Evolve team was a very pleasant experience
Nice town house located convenient to castle Haynes and close to Wilmington. The town house was clean and stocked mostly well. The beds were comfortable and the tv/ couch were nice. My only issues were the fact that someone else's dirty shoes and clothes/underwear were left in the washer/dryer area. The washer smelled very bad and I know they knew it was a problem as there were a lot of boxes of washing machine cleaner. There was not enough coffee pods for the number of guests and days we stayed to have one cup per day. That should be standard. I would recommend it and would stay again.
We had a terrible experience with one of their rentals. We paid $8000 up front for a house in New Jersey for our son's brain surgery and we had to leave after one night and find another place to stay. The place was trashed and unsafe, but Evolve still expected us to pay for half of the cost. That was bad enough, but the fact that Evolve never posted our review (the rental only shows positive reviews) tells you everything you need to know about this company. They are completely shady! You cannot trust any of the reviews of their homes! BEWARE!
We enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu. The house was incredibly clean and we were surprised to be gifted with a snack basket. The views were incredible! We took the advice in the Owner's Manual and hiked Sara's Crack. Out group of 7 people ranged from age 11 to 47 and we climbed down a rope and walked through cold water at one part of the trail. We loved it!
Loved this home, greeted with snacks and adorable coffee bar! House was spotless and host very accommodating. Can't wait to go back, had an amazing time!
Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
