Hi, my name is Taylor. I rented a house in Cincinnati on Victor Street. It was a one bedroom with a loft bed with spiral stairs such a cute place. Little did I know that Jennifer, who is the owner is a snake. Five minutes after my family and myself checked into the room, my husband who only weighs 170 pounds sat at the edge of the bed and it broke in half We looked underneath to see what happened and the bedframe was held together by a small cheap 2 x 4 I will admit I made two mistakes first mistake is not reporting the incident right as it happened. The second mistake was not taking pictures. I'm gonna be honest it was my first Airbnb was freaking out that The bed broke and didn't know what to do I panicked and didn't call like I should've but at the same time I didn't know I was supposed to call. Not only did the bed break and my husband and my two children had to sleep in the living room on futons after paying them almost $500 That was the first time I seen my husband. I was trying to do something nice like a little getaway. And we couldn't even sleep in the bed Once I checked out, I got a hold of Jennifer. Well, I tried to explain what happened. I never heard back from her, so I called evolve At first the first person, I talk to knew all the details and was extremely sincere with saying that I was wrong But I continued to call after I got an email saying that they will not refund me for anything. I called to find out that Jennifer, the owner of the property lied that I had broken things that was not broken I asked the representative what else did I break and they couldn't answer it because I didn't break anything else,
Other than Broken bed the whole house smelled like human feces, which they said I was lying about because I couldn't prove documents that the house smelled. Can somebody tell me how you prove a smell Through document, There was no trash bags yes that was a small problem, but when I told them that they insulted me, even though their site said that trash and trash were provided, it was not.
Basically, I could probably keep going But I'm in total shock that they are lying just to save a little bit of money I read on their website that they makes $3 billion a year just the homeowners And they couldn't accommodate my needs. Correction they refused to accommodate my needs.
