My product may be crossing the country, but it certainly would arrive faster if it was shipped promptly after an order. I ordered on Thursday, shipment went out the following Monday. That is poor service. My first EVO order will be my last.
One of the best places for me to get equipment. Their bundles can from time to time be perfectly balanced (if you know what you`re buying) and cheaper compared to buying same items separately. + discounts and safe shipping(however can be slow sometimes). I recommend!
I purchased a bag from evo recently. The bag arrive timely and the product was as described. The only con is that it reeks of cigarette smoke. It seems strange to get a new bag that smells like a smoker has been using it. I am not sure if they are simply passing off a used bag for new to scam me or allow employees to smoke on, with, and around new product. Either way I would recommend buying from someplace else. On a side note I have tried to review the product on their site but they do not post my review. Seems suspicious that they will post the new positive reviews but refuse to post a negative.
I've purchased equipment from evo twice. The first time was perfect (easy to use site, prompt confirmation and shipping, and all products delivered as described). Unfortunately the most recent time (early December 2019) has been concerning. I am still having technical difficulties with the site (one of my orders has dropped into a black hole and does not exist on "my account", but they tell me it's showing on their end), wait times for customer service have been horrendous (approximately 1hr on each occasion), and I haven't received confirmation of shipping a week after my order was placed. If I didn't have a ski trip planned for New Years I'm sure this would be less stressful, but it is clear that evo was not prepared for Christmas volumes this year.
I check the shop every day cuz the sales are the thing that makes this site so good for me. Best equipment gathered all in one place - what else to want from an online store? Seasonal sales are also a great find if you`re into saving some money together with getting the best.
Black Friday is busy. I get that, but at least tell me where my order is within 4 weeks. I ordered ski poles and helmet not expecting anything fast, but the order tracker told me nothing even after 4 weeks. Even after contacting them, no answer until I send a cancellation request. Then I get an update saying my order was shipped, and an customer service email saying they couldnt cancel because it was shipped... But the ski poles were missing. Another 2 weeks to see if it will be shipped. No communication again. Sent another cancellation request. Same: order shipped and an email saying they could not cancel because it was shipped. I received the poles... With a missing tip. Trying to get help but not answer. Next step: use credit card company to cancel payment to get an answer from Evo. Evo... Evil!
Bought some new poles for a great price and they arrived promptly 2 days later! Sadly on my first few runs one busted in half, but the people at evo hooked my up with a new set free of charge! I would highly reccomend shopping at evo.com to anyone that hits the slopes hard and admires great customer service! Thanks Evo!
I have been an Evo customer for years now, and they really just do an incredible job. I mean I have purchased a ton of stuff from them if there is ever an issue or even just a question I have, they are on the spot with their customer service. Every small issue I have ever had (very rare) was fixed super quick and they often go above and beyond to assure customers are happy. They often have great sales on plenty of items on their really well laid out website. Not to mention the number of excellent articles about gear of all types along with sizing charts and overall just an amazing one-stop-shop for everything outdoors. I absolutely love Evo and the Evo team! There is really no way to explain how truly excellent these guys are, you just got to see it for yourself. Even the little details are to a whole nother level above everyone else. I really can't share enough praise for this company.
Signed up for site with promise of 15% off first order. Put in credit card information and also promo code then I noticed that the 15% wasn't taken off. Spoke with the representative and of course there was an exclusion which excludes the majority of things on their site. Bait and switch. My wife said too good to be true and as usual she was right.
Just purchased 6 boat fenders through evo. Due to manufacturer flaw 3 broke. The dock line provided had a loop for attaching said fenders. The loop broke dropping the fenders and leaving just lines tied to the boat that I had just got wrapped! So I lost $100 in fenders and basically destroyed the side of the boat.
I contacted them hoping to get replacement fenders and they told me "if I didn't know how to tie on the fenders they couldn't warranty that"
Basically calling me an idiot. Lifelong boater and have used my old fenders for the past 5 seasons without issue. Decided to "upgrade" to protect my wrap.

I have been shopping at Evo for years and consistently they provide fast shipping and exceptional customer service! No issues! I wish I can try their travel services (hotel and snow/ski package!)
Placed order on Friday. No shipping information was sent to me until the following Tuesday (no holiday) even tho they claim on there website order ship within 24 hours. Said package was garenteed to be here Friday. Now I call on Saturday and they tell me maybe Monday or Tuesday. Customer service guy was very unpleasant and sounded like he would rather be someplace else.
Tried to use their price matching. At first, they denied the price match by saying the correct size didn't appear on the site. Then, I gave them the contact manager at the online retailer, and Evo said it wouldn't honor the match because it might be a knock-off or secondhand. These guys are flakes.
I called up after I found a coupon code. No questions asked they applied the code to the existing order I'd placed a few hours earlier (an already crazy sweet deal) and gave me another chance for an instore (Portland - where I'm at) coupon.
I got an awesome dress with fast shipping from this website. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing but my shipment was delayed because they wanted me to call and confirm that I had ordered the dress with my credit card. I think it's because I wanted the dress delivered to an address other than my billing address. Never had to do that before and not quite sure how I feel about that!
Placed the order a couple days ago, still no shipping. Item says in stock. Great price but that means nothing if it takes them close to a week to even ship the "in stock" item. Won't be shopping here again... great price means nothing if I can't use the item because they take forever to ship it.

I ordered a snowboarding jacket over the weekend at evo.com and received it on the following Tuesday (delivery was free!). No problem with the jacket - it was exactly as advertised.
I'm so jazzed about them because on Tuesday evening after getting the jacket I noticed it went on sale and was significantly cheaper. At first I was agitated about it, but I went ahead and emailed them and within minutes I got an email back saying they refunded the difference. I was very impressed with their prompt/hassle free response. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
Honestly one of the best customer service experiences with an online store I have ever had. I ordered a snowboard, bindings, and boots from them. After initial use I found the rear binding mounting hardware kept coming loose (a fault of the manufacturer, not of evo) and when I called evo they immediately, no questions asked, told me they would contact the manufacturer and would then let me know when the new hardware would be shipping to me.
I also had an issue with a missing part on the boot (again a manufacturer error). Evo not only contacted the maker to get me the part (of which I received 3 more than I needed) but also agreed to a discount for the delay in my ability to use the product.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to work for you. Bravo.
I called to see if an appointment was required to get two recently purchased snowboards waxed (both purchased from Evo). After waiting 23 minutes and listening to oh hold music, an employee picked up and said, "I need you to hold for a second." I said, "I just have a quick question." The response, which took longer than the yes or no that I needed, was "I need you to hold for just a couple of seconds". Ten minutes later, still on hold I ended the call, and ant future contact with Evo.
I received a snowboard, which was in a cardbox with no protection padding inside. I saw an inch hole on the box and sure enough, there's a dent on the board. Probably okay for riding but it sucks. They could have added some crushed packing paper or something for protection. It seems they don't really care. I'll never buy from this vendor.
