Some items I had recently purchased were stolen. I liked them enough to repurchase again. Ordering is very easy, with a large selection of snowsports products to choose from. Shipping was very quick even doing the standard ground.

I've alway had good luck finding what i need for sporting gear at EVO. Prices are excellent. Product selection is great as well. This is one store i check before ordering anything sports related.

Ups screwed up,and evo stepped up and over nighter another set free of charge so they would be here for Christmas day,and they are! Best part was i did not have to fight for this... they volunteered it. Great customer service,in fact the best. Thanks guys merry Christmas!

Website is great and prices are too. Wakeboard binding broke the second I touched it though so hopefully it's just a freak incident and the exchanged one will be fine, customer service was awesome when called though.

Each and every experience with EVO has been excellent. I have purchased 5 pair of skis along with bindings within the last few years due to the quality, choice and variety of gear they offer. I always check out other websites prior to going to EVO for the best deals on ski equipment and always end up purchasing my gear from EVO. Go figure?

Overall a great process - got a good product at a very competitive price and was even surprised with a 'checkout discount' that saved me more money. Evo.com will be on my 'hitlist' for shopping in the future.

Julian was awesome! Helped this clueless dad (the village idiot re: snowboarding) try to cover all the bases for my 15 yr old son's size, experience, comfort zone & minimizing the chance he'll be beyond the equipment level for awhile. While also addressing said clueless dad's desire to not let too many moths out of the wallet...;-) You ROCK Julian!

During one of evo's great sales, I bought a snowboard as well as a pair of bindings. Then a couple days later I saw they had an even bigger sale going on, where the products I recently bought were actually cheaper than what I paid for them. I emailed customer service to see if I could get the lesser amount charged to my credit card instead, and that same day they gave me back the difference in prices. Cheers!

Having ordered quiet a few items from evo at multiple different times, I am pleased to say that I have been 100% satisfied with my purchases. Shopping here is easy, good deals are guaranteed, & all the important details and information of products are provided.

Lots of information on products, such as sizing, reviews, what to look for, etc. First purchase of a wakeboard (so doing a bit of research, etc.) which will be used by the 20 something set. Not exactly how I found evo.com but their site, price, shipping speed, followup have all been fantastic. When I am ready to buy again, I will definitely make evo.com my first stop!

I needed additional information about sizing of a pair of pants I wanted to order, and your customer service (Mackenzie Clark) responded super quickly letting me know she'd be checking with the warehouse. They weren't technically supposed to be working, but she ended up getting me an answer on the sizing question within the day! It was a lovely interaction and made my purchasing experience awesome.

First of all, this is the 2nd feedback we've completed in connection with this purchase which is a bit much. Plus the item was a gift that hasn't been given yet, so we're really not sure where our satisfaction level lies at the moment - but so far we think great - thanks.

As a Mom who knows nothing about snow sports, I found the sizing information very helpful in determining true size, and the item description did lead me, a novice to pick appropriate outerwear for the sport.
