Large,,,,,, errr Huge amount of inventory allows for better deals on merchandise and equipment. I tend to shop clearance i.e. Last years stuff, discontinued, etc.
Evo offers tons of these discounts and that gives me many choices in whatever I'm looking for.
I was a lil doubtful bcuz there were some -ve comments about fulfillment BUT the stuff i wanted was on sale at a decent price so i risked it. I can now say that my complete order came quickly n in good condition and they packaged it conveniently (not in an oversized box like many do) which helps me with shipping fees. I would definitely check EVO again!
Evo is great. The initial size I ordered wasn't right, so after a short call with customer support they had my new order on the way. Absolutely no hassles, will definitely be coming back in the future.
Very easy site to navigate. Liked the follow up e-mails for boot fitting, etc. Free return shipping option was a big plus toward purchase as well. Recipient of boots and skiis very happy with them. Huge cost savings compared to other businesses we looked at for a comparable package.
Very informative product pages helped me make a decision between which snowboard. I ended up going with the Evo exclusive Arbor Heritage collection because of the recycled materials and $50 cheaper. Win-Win for me.

Can't tell you how valuable all of the reviews and research was; I was able to click through some filters, narrow down my options, read through many details on flex, playfulness of a snowboard, ability level, terrain suitability, etc. and make an educated purchase. Quick delivery. Very reasonable prices. New customer for life!
I try pretty hard to buy anything over 100.00 locally (Balmore,MD) from brick n' mortar shops. Thankfully you guys seem to be a pretty cool company with a very high level of product info--made it easier to feel good about the online purchase! I'll definitely return to your services for researching gear, and grabbing anything I can't find in Baltimore!
Good website, heaps of boards and by far the best price I could find anywhere Inc shipping to australia. Super fast shipping, took 6 days from order to delivery.
The only slight issue was the address finder wouldn't find me but it's happened before on other sites so no drama.
Shop design could be just a little better. It would be cool to see products which are recommended to get with the active one, e.g. Volcom pants and jackets have common pants-to-jacket interface, so it's preferable get them together...

Shopping on Evo is a breeze, great filters, and product selection. My order arrived on time as expected. When I opened the package it was an entirely different story. The boots I received were dirty - not filthy gross, but spotted with light brown stains and some oil like smudges all over the suede portion of the boots. I immediately called customer service - these are snowboard boots, one or two wears and they would look like this anyway so I asked if a retroactive discount could be applied if I chose to keep them (K2 Contours - nice solid boots that fit me well). The service rep was quick to ask me to send images and said they would get back to me. That was a week ago. After waiting 2 days with no response I boxed the boots and returned them. 0 stars for customer service and as a first time buyer from evo it was likely my last.
Everything has been smooth on the website so far. We went to the store yesterday and chatted with one of the staff (Andy). He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It took a while for someone to be free and able to chat with us, they were very busy. However, once Andy found us, all went well.
Liked the selections, prices, specs, and reviews. I especially appreciated the pertinent, follow up emails that made my shopping experience complete. I purchased ski boots (first time online), and received follow up emails with video links regarding fit and care. The nearby stores could not touch the evo price I paid. I will definitely shop again!

I also like the customer feedback section. I've used it on many occasions as some of them are very insightful, they aren't simply, "best skis ever, love'em", which doesn't help at all. Keep trying to push that, and follow-up with people 4-6 months post purchase too for that feedback (see how they "really" feel after using it for some time). Often I'm asked for feedback on an item I JUST received, but it's a helmet or set of skis and it's only September. I live in CO, and yet September is pushing it to use those items, and even still, I won't be skiing new 118 skis till there's some solid powder. This is a specific example, but hopefully proves as a good example.

Great help, great service so far! Picked up boots from will call and the boot fitting service up stairs was fantastic. Left with my boots fitting just right.
