The Portland store is thoughtfully laid out and pleasant, but I had to call customer service and ask where my item was. It had been at the store for 3 days and I did not receive and email or call that the order was in. Just a heads up that something went amiss, and no harm was done because we went shredding the next day!

I bought the board and roughly a week later it went on sale for nearly 60 dollars less. I am thinking about returning it and buying the same board again for the much cheaper price. However, im also looking for a few other things at your site so a credit would work too!

The only problem was shipping time. We have ordered from evo in the past and received items next day almost. If I would've seen an option egift cards or printable ones I would've purchased that instead. It took 6 days to receive the gift cards. I am aware that it was a week with holidays as well. I would recommend send USPS for giftcards rather than UPS for quicker delivery time.

Fair prices for new up to date items. I especially like the fact that you post last years models as well at a decent discount. Snowboarding is an expensive sport so I'm always looking for the best deals I can find. You have a great website!

I have loved shopping at Evo. It is the place I buy outdoor sports gear and apparel from most, since I discovered it.

I did have a slight issue with the product I purchased this time, but not really worth having to go through the process to exchange them for a new pair.

Great price for a what appears to be a great boot. I have rented top of the line ski equipment in the past, so finally buying my own boots. I am a cautious/intermediate skier looking for comfort. Boots are 105 with 75 flex which should be perfect for my wide feet and style.

It got a little messy because the site is charging shipping despite the free shipping guarantee. I contacted Evo and they said to let them know when the order was placed in order to void shipping cost, but its still a seemingly unnecessary hurdle. Besides that its always a pleasant experience with EVO.

Lived in the Seattle area for several years, no problem going back that way for this purchase. Nice site easy to maneuver, extra attention with the google ad. As a former IT mgr. A both thumbs up. A lot of places back here are missing the boat. Good luck and bring on the snow.

I love how Evo puts pictures of each item's different colors offered under the main picture. You can click on them and it switches the color on the main screen so you can quickly scroll through colors rather than having to click ten different things to see once color. Overall, I had a very efficient, pleasant shopping experience!

Product came really quick, and was as advertised. I love that I could get last years gear for the best price on the web. Not one store could match this price and everything was brand new in packaging. A+ to Evo.com

So far my experience has been very good. The item I purchased was selling at such a low price compared to other retailers I had to buy it from EVO. Their website was easy to navigate and purchase from. I received my items promptly. I have not had used the skis yet so can't comment on how well they worked for me but so far my experience has been very positive.

Got a great deal on evo outlet. Bought my GoPro 1 from you guys a few years ago and visited your beautiful store in Seattle to pick it up. Evo is one of my top 2-3 destinations for snowboard gear online. Keep up the good work and great customer service!

I have ordered about 6 pairs of skis form EVO in 3 or 4 different orders. They have always delivered exactly what I ordered, exactly as they had promised. Service has been really good. I have had a couple of returns, which were dealt with very promptly and with no hassles whatsoever. I have recommended them to friends.

The evo outlet is one of the best places to find great ski deals, keep up the good work. Last year's skis and bindings mounted and ready for the slopes for $350 get right out of town. That's cheaper than craigslist.
