The product itself is great but what I appreciate beyond the controller quality is the customer service. If you have questions or you wanted changes done you can actually engage with a real person and in a timely manner. We live in a time when companies want to push you to AI for service and it's nothing but a challenge to talk with someone and get help so I appreciate not having that through Evil!

It's easy to use I have a left side deficit so it gave me the freedom to play video games again. Worth every penny

My Right side one hand a controlled. It was built by the evil team. They asked me a bunch of questions by email about my controlled. They built it specifically for me.

Buttons and sticks were awesome, had buttons on back instead of paddles. Would prefer paddles

Had a new request to change something on the controller AFTER getting the original order. They were very quick to answer and accept my request to change some additional things. They very very kind and profesional, understood what I wanted immediately

Aside from the really cool mods for controllers the mod for disabled players is truly fantastic. It needs a few tweaks but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

We always get accessible controllers from here because they are the most affordable.
A nurse at Mercy hospital actually recommended them when my fiance was there after his illness left him physically disabled. He was able to regain outside friendships and have something to do again albeit online but getting out and about isn't easy anymore. Without a controller that could be designed around his needs I'm pretty sure it would be rather depressing right now. I'm glad a company like this exists.

Best decision I ever made was adding stick stiffness to one of my sticks

I recently had an interesting journey with EvilControllers and wanted to share my thoughts. I was thrilled to receive a PS5 as a gift, which led me to search for a one-handed controller. EvilControllers' website appeared among the top results, and after an extensive search, I decided to give it a try. However, I quickly encountered challenges. While the controller seemed like the best option for games requiring two joysticks, I found it extremely difficult to use. A trial period might have helped, as I ultimately decided to park the controller and pass the PS5 to my daughter. I've seen a couple other dual joystick configurations that seem manageable unfortunately, they are only made for PC-based games. Controlling joystick sensitivity without using my thumb proved to be quite a task. I feel as if I it is easier done if I used my chin or tongue but I don't know, I'll feel like a quad if I go that route. Placing the joystick at the bottom of the controller, regardless of orientation, was uncomfortable. I even purchased both options to find a suitable fit, but it didn't work out. Even if you get the hang of the orientations, the sensitivity on the joystick still exists. Through trial and error, I discovered a possible solution: taping the joystick to the table facing up and attaching something flat to the top with hot glue for better control. This way, I could rest my palm on it and achieve more precise movements. Additionally, I believe making the controllers thicker would improve usability. PlayStation controllers, being thinner, tend to slip from my hand when using just one hand. Adjusting their size could be beneficial. I don't know… maybe some rubber sleeves, develop better contours to promote a better grip or just resize to a one size fits all. Customer service was excellent! They were out of the color I wanted but contacted me immediately and worked out the issue to my satisfaction. Without them I couldn't continue to game like I used to. I have a ps4 and ps5 controller from them and both work great

If you're looking for a good handling and feeling controller this is it. Shipping times were extremely fast compared to other controller company's around and very responsive if any problems come up.
