She helped me when I was canceling my subscription because the dipers were for my niece who was allergic to them I have been trying many different ones to see what would work for her because my Sister was the same way. So I got Abby and never received a shi[ment coming letter but did find out through my bank so when I called before the Rep was going to have me pay shipping and EVERYTHING and told me they already shipped and that was a week ago and I have been freaking out where the shipment was because I have no tracking # but Abby was kind gave me tracking date time told me I could call UPS and have them return from there and I have NEVER had such a PLEASANT MORE EXPERIENCED EMPATHETIC REP EVER! An absolutely abominable service. I signed up for the free trial and received the product kit (I haven't gotten around to using everything, but the lotion is okay) and the diapers (horrible, laughable in quality). While I realized that I would become automatically enrolled, I made the mistake in assuming I would be notified before the products were shipped, seeing as most services offer that as A) a courtesy and, B) an opportunity to revise your sizing choice before they ship you a MONTH'S SUPPLY OF DIAPERS. However, this is not the case, and my signing up for a free trial of product resulted in me being billed $120 without warning and receiving a month's worth of newborn diapers. I tried to go online to cancel my membership, or see if I had overlooked any clear declaration of the intention of the trial, but apparently Everyday Happy's business model is based entirely on deceit and trickery, as there is no forewarning online. In fact, you have to call to cancel your involuntary membership. I shipped the product back and was informed over the phone that I would be refunded almost entirely, that the cost of shipping the unwanted goods would be deducted from my return price. However, I paid $25 out of pocket to return it, and Everyday Happy still only refunded me $100 of my initial $120. I brought this to their attention through multiple emails to the service department, but never received a reply- though they are more than happy to continue spamming me with offers for products I will never buy, due to poor quality and even more reprehensible business practices.

It is a very great product. My niece didn't break out with any of these products. It was just a bit too expensive for me to afford monthly.
I will say the delivery was quick. But as far as products I'm not sure yet. I'm due any day and plan to try them out first in the next couple weeks.

I am extremely happy with all of the products, particularly the baby wipes. They are soft and effective.
I order my free trial on Aug 26th. I was charged 7.95 for shipping the next day, now here I am Sept. 1st and they STILL have not shipped my order! I have been calling for 5 days striaght now. Everytime I call, the representative tells me that "the system is down". They tell me they can't process a refund, cancel my account, or even find my account for that matter. I am beyond frustrated with these scam artists. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. I have already forwarded them my emails I received after signing up FOUR times, but was informed today that they cannot send or receive emails because of "the system being down". REALLY? So why the hell was I told by two different women on two separate days that if I sent the emails, they could find my account & help me? It's been nothing but lie after lie and excuse after excuse. The supervisor claimed that she will inform me when "the system" is back up, I have serious doubts about that. She told me I would not be charged for the membership since I have been calling for 5 days trying to cancel it, but I guess we will just have to see since she refused to give me any proof that this will not happen. Rest assured I WILL be calling the BBB, my local news, & the attorney general's office if they try to scam me out of any more money! STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WHATSOEVER! I wish I could give less than 1 star, I so would.

My wife is about to have a baby, and, unbeknownst to me, was checking out little free samples from various web sites one day, and stumbled across Everydayhappy, and THOUGHT she was getting a FREE SAMPLE. She had no idea we would be charged $130! We are by no means wealthy, and have two children already, so we live on a PAINFULLY STRICT budget. So 2 weeks ago, when I had to make a 4 hour drive for work, I noticed we were at -$41, which meant no fuel for the drive. (Luckily my boss was willing to deduct a fuel expense from my wages, so I could make it to work.) So I called them them to try and fix whatever had happened, hopefully in some sort of expeditious manner. So they told me they apologize for any inconvenience, will cancel the subscription, and cancel any packages that might be on the way, and have my money returned in 5-7 days. Not very helpful, but such is life. I am a patient and understanding guy. So a week goes by, and I'm expecting to have this situation resolved... Nope. A package had arrived the morning that I got home. It was a little beaten, and looked like, perhaps a fingerless vagrant had attempted to open the box in some fit of desperation. So I called the company as I walked in the door, having seen the package, to let them know it hadn't been cancelled and was sitting in my doorway. I was "apologized" to again, and was informed that I would have to ship it back to them at my expense, plus a $20 service fee... Now I'm happy... $130 bucks for a free trial, $40 overdraft fee from the bank, $20 for the standard racketeering extortion fee, $40 removed from my check just so I could get to work, and the post office telling me it's $40 to ship it back... Fast forward another week, package is long since shipped back, still haven't had my money returned, been calling for just shy of an hour with no answer, and guess who has to make a 4 hour drive to work today?! Everyday HAPPY? I'm at Everyday gritting your teeth and having a blood pressure check. Thanks for such a "happy" experience...

Everyday happy has amazing natural products and their customer service department is extremely kind and respectful and easy to work with.
I ordered a sample pack and had no problem paying the shipping fees and oh course I assumed that you would get to try for so many days then it would auto send and charge if you didn't cancel, it did not tell me till after I processed the order that you only have 7 days to try it out before they auto sent you a order, it said how much each pack would be per month but didn't give you a grand total. 7 days to decided rather I wanted to spend almost 160.00 a month is simply not enough time to try and then take the time out of your day to call and cancel. It also didn't help that my mail carrier delivered it to the wrong house and I didn't actually receive the package till after the 7 day period, I received the samples on 8/25 noticed on 8/28 that my account had been charged and called right away to cancel ask for a refund. I was told it arrived on 8/15 and it didn't matter rather I didn't receive it because the post office marked it delivered 13 days ago and my order would be delivered that day. I never received an email (I double checked) stat I no my trial had ended, I never got notice a order was processed and shipped. To get a refund I have to pay for shipping myself to send back the items, I was quoted would cost me almost $50 due to the weight. Once they receive the items back there would be a $19 restocking/processing fee. So for items I feel like I was scammed into I will end up paying 69.00 and have nothing to show for it. Their products may be great but I will never due business with them again. I still haven't decided to keep the package I got or take the hit to get refunded some money. Free samples may sound like a good idea but don't do it!
The Everyday Happy kits are wonderful. We can hardly wait for each new kit to come. We are excited to see what our kit has in it.
The samples were very nice on my baby. No allergic reactions to their skin. Love the lotion most. Would recommend to my friends.

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
