I get that bigger sizes means more material, therefore higher price. The problem I have with it is the difference in price itself is usually at least $10 and I think it's a little much, especially considering their bras are already premium prices (usually around $50). The other problem with bigger sizing in this store is that there is almost no selection. The colors and styles are limited in DD and up, and they do not have many at all in stores. Very frustrating to voluptuous women to have to order online & wait even longer and not be able to try on or buy in store.

Target carries all of the non toxic and/or organic brands that I love to buy for my home & children. I love that they carry Honest Company products and have many aisles dedicated specifically to non toxic products. I have never gotten anything less than quality from this store. I shop here about once a week. There is a Target 5 minutes from my house, which I am very thankful for. Customer service has never let me down and they have the nicest selections in their home department by FAR!

I shop here frequently. They always have sales, coupons & promotions. I have the credit card, which I was able to get with a very low score & got to build up credit pretty quick with it. I have never had a quality issue here. The only issues I have had were wrong items being shipped to the store. It happened 3 times, 2 out of 3 was the same product. I ordered a onesie for my son with a pirate skull on it & it came in as some snail graphic. I figured ok honest mistake, and re-ordered it in store with the cashier. Then a few days later, it came in wrong again, so I just got a refund. If it wasn't for those orders being wrong multiple times, I would give 5 stars.

They have hands down some of the cutest toddler girl clothes. I like to get things here for my daughter on occasion. The problem is the lines! Good Lord the lines on this store, on any day at any time are always backed up so far, people end up in the shoe section. I don't think I've ever gotten out of the line/checked out in less than a half hour! The worst part about the lines is the insane amount of tiny toys completely surrounding the check out lines. Being around those toys and candy for a half an hour with a 4 year old is NOT ideal. When you get to the counter after the long wait, the cashiers look like they haven't slept in days- and I don't blame them after seeing the madness that is this store. Maybe it's just my state?..

I love the diapers. I love the prints. I love the thickness of the wipes. I love what the company stands for & that their diapers(and products) are non toxic and plant-based. They have awesome household products & I love bundling. Having the bundle sent to me, instead of lugging my 3yr old & 6mo old to the store constantly is a great time saver.

The downfall: Customer Service Reps are completely rude. I have used their phone system & online chat system. When speaking to someone over the online chat, I was told I was wrong multiple times before them fixing the mistake made on my account. The representative didn't even say "hello" or "how can I help?". I was connected to someone, fought with, and had to be rude back before they decided to give me any help. I added training pants to my bundle before ordering to see what the total would be, decided it was too pricey, removed the training pants, and then ordered my bundle. I was somehow still charged for the training pants, which is what I was fighting about. She told me they were never removed at least 3 times, and eventually refunded me the training pants charge & let me keep them. So, the issue was resolved, but the attitude and aggravation along the way was so unnecessary. Also, when on the phone with a representative, I was pushed multiple times into sticking with the bundles. She tried wayyy too hard to get me to sign up & it was uncomfortable and rude. I did sign up, even though I find it a LITTLE pricey but do wish I wasn't pushed so hard. Now, every time I try to edit my essentials bundle it says there is an issue and to call customer service. Hopefully this time around, I will get someone polite!

The prices here are astronomical compared to Target, Walmart, or Amazon. They try offering a price match promotion, but good luck finding the products here in any other store. (SO basically you will never get these items for any less). I made a registry here YEARS ago not knowing how expensive they truly were & what a hassle they gave me about completing it and cancelling it. They would either call me or email me daily about it & being pregnant, I especially was annoyed. Their products are cute, but not what I am willing to pay.

I order my free trial on Aug 26th. I was charged 7.95 for shipping the next day, now here I am Sept. 1st and they STILL have not shipped my order! I have been calling for 5 days striaght now. Everytime I call, the representative tells me that "the system is down". They tell me they can't process a refund, cancel my account, or even find my account for that matter. I am beyond frustrated with these scam artists. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. I have already forwarded them my emails I received after signing up FOUR times, but was informed today that they cannot send or receive emails because of "the system being down". REALLY? So why the hell was I told by two different women on two separate days that if I sent the emails, they could find my account & help me? It's been nothing but lie after lie and excuse after excuse. The supervisor claimed that she will inform me when "the system" is back up, I have serious doubts about that. She told me I would not be charged for the membership since I have been calling for 5 days trying to cancel it, but I guess we will just have to see since she refused to give me any proof that this will not happen. Rest assured I WILL be calling the BBB, my local news, & the attorney general's office if they try to scam me out of any more money! STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WHATSOEVER! I wish I could give less than 1 star, I so would.
