I ordered a free trial package where you only had to pay for shipping, it cost me about seven bucks. However, that wasn't the problem. I was on normally charge $171.80 out of my credit card for a package I never ordered and never received because I had moved from my last home. I called the company and told them about it and they told me there wasn't anything they could do unless the package was returned. That they automatically added me to membership without letting me know. But how am I supposed to return a package that I never received. I am a team mom I will be 19 this December. I do not work, that was part of the money that I worked hard for to save up for my baby so that I could atlease buy SOMETHING with my own money, I stopped working because my doctor due to some bleeding I had. I didn't get much from the job but now I have nothing. I should be very angry but I'm not I just want to let people know before they buy something from this company. Anyway I let the woman know she was very nice about it, they canceled my membership that was apparently automatically given to me. And I'm glad that I called today because only had eight more days until a new package went to my old room That I do not live in anymore, will not be paying for a package that I will not be receiving any more.
When I sent for my free sample I didn't know that automatically signed me up to receive a monthly package. It wasn't until I happened to look at my checking account that I saw a $121 charge from you guys. I called to find out what it was and that's when I found out that I was enrolled. I immediately cancelled but I couldn't get the shipment cancelled and was told it would be up to me to pay the return fee plus restocking fee. It would've been nice to get an email saying that I had a shipment coming so I could've cancelled the shipment and the subscription. I still haven't used the products and don't plan to.
My Speacil Day of brightness is the day I wake up after a line of storms run thr and the next day I wake up to a day of bright sun filled day. And the air is sweet and just a little breezy moving the curtins back and forth. That would be a prefect Everyday Happy..
Likes the product received. Maybe sizes could bea little larger, however nice program. I am not user but have asked recipient. She has nit used yet since baby has not arrived. The scent was delicious
I really wanted to say that I loved the diapers that I received as the special trial offer but I did not. They were awful. My daughter had just move in to a size 4 and these diapers were not very reliable. At night the diaper leaked no matter how many times I checked and rechecked to make sure the tabs were secure and tight enough and eventually after two nights and lots of laundry I decided no more of these diapers at night. Also, they are not nearly as absorbent as other diapers even during the day. The just could not hold the same amount of liquid. Also, They are boring and plain old brown. What about offering the standard recyclable look but then also introducing some prints and patters like Dino's and robots or the planets or something.
The wipes however were great! Nice and thick, no allergic reactions from my super sensitive daughter and best of all, no strange scent and I can get them in our local grocery store. I really am very impressed by the wipes and I will certainly pass along this great find to my other friends.
I ordered the trial, i never saw anything that said that you automatically are sent products and charged $121 if you don't cxl in 7 days. And they charge you $20 fee if you don't want the product. STRAIGHT BS
I wrote a previous review giving this company a one star. I was very frustrated about being signed up amnd charged for a membership unknowingly, after signing up for a free trial. But my biggest frustration came when I called the company and delt with a not so friendly person... BUT after giving that one star review I was contacted and my issue was resolved very promptly. I strongly belive that people make a company, not a product. I can now say that I am Happy with Everyday Happy.
I enjoyed the products. The diapers held up well and the laundry detergent worked excellent. The wipes could have been thicker, but they didn't cause my daughters bottom to break out.
Love that the items are said to be natural, especially for my son. Only thing that would make it better is a better scent and a full list of ingredients.

I signed up for a free baby kit. The kit came along with the 170 other diapers... and lotion and shampoo that was charged to my credit card. I only expected to get the free kit and then I was going to order some if I approved of the merchandise. However, I wasn't given that choice because the kit DID NOT come alone and IT DID NOT COME IN A TIMELY MANNER. So I called the company, complained, paid for the merchandise and then had them stop sending any more items. However I still get emails from you and I don't want them. Please take me off your list.
Do not trust this company at all. Signed up for free trial. After doing some number crunching decided too pricey for me and wouldn't use all products that quickly for monthly subscription so like it said to do I cancelled my membership almost instantly after getting trial kit as to not get sent a new kit. Sent email received confirmation almost instantly my membership was cancelled. Three weeks later get an email kit already shipped and $158 gone out of my account. Called instantly took 3 times for someone to pick up "Sorry Mame no record of your cancelling and to send back you are going to have to pay shipping, oh and also it will take 3 to 5 days to refund your money." To me this is extremely poor customer service and not a way to encourage repeat business. I'd rather spend more and know what Im getting when I'm getting it and have more faith in the product. I would give this a -10 but have to give a 1 because it won't let me do a 0. Crap product, crap customer service and crap company.

I enjoyed the products I received, however similar products can be found locally for less money. If the cost went down, I would certainly sign up again.
I ordered the package they send for you to try and i wasnt as happy with the stuff. The diapers were good but the rest of the product were okay. I was expecting better quality and quantity.
I receive the sample diapers which are pretty good quality. The only drawback that made me select the other brand is there is no indication of wetness like the other brand does.
All the products I have tried from them work wonderfully, I got the sample packages. The customer service is also excellent, although I only had to call them once.
Still waiting for the trail package. The customer service is very responsive and deal my questions very quickly.

Update: Within a short period of time from the post of my review a very nice representative of the company contacted me and took care of the refund. Also she has waived the fees I've first been told I would pay (restocking fee and the payment for the sending package back). So the important thing - I've got my money back and there is a good service customer service after all.
After I signed up for a free trial kit, I've got charged for 157 dollars on my credit card. I called to the customer service and they told me that I need to send the next coming package back and pay for this by my self in order to get my money back. My due is next week, I don't really have a time for going to ups/usps and also paying for it! The company should not right down in small letters that they will charge you if you won't cancel ( also, in any mail I've got i didn't see the amount of 157 dollars). It is really really frustrating that there are still companies that treat their cusyomers this way! I'll never never again purcase from this company and I don't recommend anyone to buy or to give them your credit card information!

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
