Mixed signals

I was trying to request a free sample to see if my daughter (who is HIGHLY sensitive) could use your products. I didn't change the size of diapers, so ordered newborns instead of size 3s. I tried to correct this by e-mail, however my trial was canceled and a full month's supply was sent. I called today to see if I could return the monthly pack, and get the trial to see if she could use your product. I spoke to Abby on the phone and she was AMAZING! She helped me clear up the misunderstanding, told me how to return the monthly package, got a trial set-up, and was sweet, polite and caring the whole time. I truly hope that my daughter can use your profuct, because your customer service is WONDERFUL! I can not tell you how fantastic it was to work with Abby today, and how much appreciated her help. I will tell EVERYONE about your wonderful customer service.

My free samples
September 14, 2015

Everything was packed neatly. I got some really cool samples. The products are all super safe for babies. Diapers are soft and have a cool design! I love the shampoo and the diaper cream. Plus it's all Eco-friendly products.

I tried a sample package

I received one and once I saw the diapers I thought they were gonna be a cheap diaper that wouldn't hold up but they are great I love using them on my son. The wipes however were so thin and small I just used them as boogie wipes. I would love to use the products all the time but I'm not to happy with the price and quantity.

Every Day Happy

I really like the service, but I think they should get more products out, I dont need baby cream every month and want more stuff to switch out to my kit every month. Good products, tho, just wish they had more options!

Pleased with quality.

We were very pleased with all of the items that we received in our package. The diapers were soft and absorbent. In fact, of all the diapers we have tried, these diapers were the most impressive for fit and absorbency. The wipes were soothing and compact (in the trial package). I appreciate that the diapers are made Eco-friendly, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and vegan. None of the products irritated my baby's skin and the lotions and soaps all had a gentle and clean scent.

Sticker shock

I signed up for free product which was about 5 samples of baby toiletries for $6. I Received samples but didn't try them because I was in the hospital with baby. When I got home, I had a large box of product and had been charged $130 without consent. I Did not want $130 worth of product so I had to return it. I had to pack a 10 pound box after a c-section and a newborn to a UPS shipping center to get a refund. Furthermore, I had to call company for refund twice. Very unhappy.

Upfront and honest
September 1, 2015

You should tell everyone that gets or wants the kit to try that they will be billed automatically for the next month. You should not have to call back to cancel if you like the product or not. Give people the kit and let them decide if they want more. They can then order more. Don't assume after 7 days they want it and say they will just be billed for it.

Nice diapers
September 1, 2015

I liked the diaper samples I received. However, I cancelled the kit subscription and for some reason it didn't take. Then, I got charged for the subscription kit and it took about 3 weeks or so to finally get it refunded. I have not been able to try any of the other products.

I, like most of the reviewer signed up for the free trial and had no idea you were automatically signed up for the monthly payments. I called to cancel and they said I missed the 3 day deadline. I informed them the "free" trial never came and I never got any e-mail and the woman said the computer said it was shipped and deliver and she had no way of knowing if I was being truthful!... nice. I told them I didn't want the package they were sending either and demanded a refund. She said when it shows up I could py to return it... nice. Terrible customer service I handled it through my credit card company who thankfully does have very good customer service. Don't get involved with them.

We're so sorry if any part of our signup process was unclear. We really don't want anybody to receive the monthly kits if they aren't ready for them, so we're careful to let our members know the terms of the trial period.

We mention that the monthly membership kicks in after the 7-day trial period is over on our signup page. We send out 6 reminder emails during the course of the trial to let you know the monthly kit is being prepped for you, and there's a welcome letter included with your trial that details the membership as well. We also list this information on our FAQ page and in our Terms + Conditions. We're super sorry if any of those were missed!

Do yourself a favor and skip doing business here. We did receive the sample pack and did not cancel the membership in time to avoid the first stab of diapers. No problem, we can return them. For a full refund? No. They charged us $20 for processing. Ok no problem, I get it. Once they receive your returned package they said it will take 5 business days to receive a refund. We are at day 9, still no refund. We talked with them and was told to call our bank because the refund was processed 7 days ago. The bank is going to pursue the refund for us. Very shady operating in my opinion. Adder reading some of these reviews, I see I am not alone. We are all looking for a good deal, this AINT a good deal.

Cleanly Made but not properly labeled

I can appreciate a good quality product that is made from good clean ingredients. I would like to have received additional information on the presence of certain components I want to avoid (such as pthalates, parabens, etc) as well as whether they were tested on animals.

Nice trial products

I got the trial kit and I have to say I really enjoyed the diapers, they worked really well for my daughter who is under a year old but some of the other products weren't as great as I was expecting. The handsoap and laundry detergent wasn't anything special especially for the price. The price is what really got me on continuing with purchasing anything else. I can find all natural cleaners for much less at the store especially with coupons. If the diapers were cheaper we would have considered purchasing them but I can't justify spending more than $0.10 a diaper which is just going to be thrown away.

Cancelling an unwanted order
November 20, 2015

I used the free trial for this company a year ago and thoughthey I had cancelled my membership. It apparently didn't go through though because u woke up with a notification that my monthly package had been sent. After calling to inquire about it I was told that somehow a year later my account had been upgraded for the monthly subscription. The representative I talked to was very helpful however and cancelled my order and deactivated my account while I was on the phone with her. My money is supposed to be refunded and I will give another review as to whether I actually receive it or not later.

These products are tiny miracles! They're so wonderful and we have just loved everything about them. The diapers are SO soft and the products have such good smells and are so great on skin. I really didn't think I would ever step out of my box of items I normally use but now I AM! I am an everdayhappy customer for life :)

I love the Everyday Happy products that I tried! It's always so nice to find a company that shares your commitment to helping to keep our Earth and it's inhabitants healthy, clean and sustainable. We need to go back to Nature and live in an eco-friendly way. I like that Everyday Happy supports Animal Rights & is endorsed by PETA, as well as being associated with UNICEF. Your mission statement aligns with mine and your products made with the care and the ingredients I'd expect all companies to want to do. It's just so satisfying to find a brand that I can trust and be able to buy their products with confidence.

Not a happy camper

I ordered my trial and I didn't like the diapers so I called before the 7th day to cancel and they tell me that they sent my new bundle out. So but they will charge me 20 to redirect the package. When I told them that it was only the 7th day they said it goes by the time and when I checked my email I should have had 2 more hours before they processed my order

Not Happy!

I signed up for the trial and I will admit that I didn't clearly understand that it was trial box and not sample box thaybi was paying for. I received my confirmation email and saw that I was being charged $5.95. Then I received another email a few days later that said my July box was in the way and I would be charged another $5.95. Ok no problem. I came home from work today and found a large box from the company and thought something must be wrong this is not a sample box! I called and was told it was subscription! I told them I didn't want it and it was not clear to me that I was going to be $150! I was told that due to a glitch in their system some people have not been receiving the six emails as a reminder to cancel the trial! So because your company's email is faulty I was never emailed? Not fair and not clear either!

Kits review

We loved recieving all 3 kits from EverydayHappy! We only paid like $5 shipping for all of them which is a much better deal than per sample like with many others including Honest Company. The diapers are also much softer than their brand which we prefered. The kits seemed well priced & very convienient with quality products that you couldn't just pick up off the shelf for these prices- especially once you figure in costs of transportation to get them all the time. We look forward to being able to use baby supplies that we don't have to worry about & loved getting to try them first because you never know what your baby will like best since each is so different! Things I liked with my last son are completely different from what we use with my second son & it's much better to try things out for free or close to it than have to buy a whole pack of something & then figure out what to do with the rest when it doesn't work out.
