I signed up for the free trial to see how well the products were, to my surprise they weren't that great. The lotion left my babies skin dryer than the lotion I normally use. The diaper rash cream gave my baby a bigger rash and the texture of it felt more like gel than cream. The laundry detergent actually made my babies clothes very stiff when it dried. Not at all what I expected but am very happy that I was given the chance to try the products before actually purchasing the full pack.
My daughter is about to have a baby she paid 5.95 for a free trial, free not so much they charged my account 130.00 and nothing even showed up no free anything nothing in return. Had to call my bank to cancel and negative in my bank due these charges we unknowing occurred...
My experience has been terrible. I wanted to try a sample of baby items for my granddaughter and can't get off, HEAR ME, Off their mailing list. Came home from vacation to find yet another shipment of in requested goods. Please, Please STOP!
Sign up a free trail couple weeks ago, Im still so happy when I received the free pretty package until yesterday, I got home very late, in front of me is a hug box diapers, soaps, detergent and lotions, before that I didn't receive any e-mail notifications or a phone call or anything. I was shocked got charged $158 in my credit card, I become so disappointed.
I called and tried to return and cancel my subscription, I asked if I could return the product and get a refund and they said there was a restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping, that cost almost 80% of what they charge me, thats not worth for me, she said I have a option to keep the package, I very want to, but I cant, the diapers is very easy to leaking, and the cream is not strong enough. I tried to ask if she can waive the extra fee to me, she said I have to talk to her supervisor, but she is not there, and I have to call back later, I will give her a call soon and have follow up after
All over that, their customer service is very good, the lady I spoke with it is very nice and understanding, she cancelled my account and stop my subscription, also send me cancellation confirmation and reference number right away. But I still will keep checking, cause I dont want to receive any package later on, they are too expensive!

Called their supervisor, and told her all my situation, she is very patient and understanding, she was go over my account, make sure my account is being cancelled, and send me free return label, said they will give me a full refund after they received my package, about 3~5 days! Nice job!
I got the trial kit for a baby shower gift, and really liked it after my baby was born. I had my account moved over from my friend and have really enjoyed the service. The only thing is that I tried calling last week to change my diaper size and couldn't get through, so I sent an email instead.
I have mixed feelings about these products. I like that they are chemical-free, but I find the diapers to not be very soft and not as convenient as Pampers or Huggies, who have diapers that indicate if the diaper is wet. I wans't sure what benefit (other than bring chemical-free) this product offered. How will this product make my job easier? How can this product be more convenient for me?
The website is very unclear. I signed up for the free trial and understood that I would get charged for a full kit after a week but I wasn't even sure my first order went through because "My Order History" tab showed no orders were placed and "My Kits" never loaded (spinning heart of death). So I didn't even discover that my card was going to be charged for sure until I saw $150 charge on it. I didn't see the email until the day after it had already went out. I got nothing giving me the option to choose which kit I could order. I'm pretty unhappy. I knew better than to sign up for a "free" trial. 7 days is very short time to try anything anyway let alone catch up with email when you're busy. But now since the order has been shipped, I will lose an extra $20 processing fee. Not cool. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Your site should have the majority of info where things can be adjusted and notifications are present.

I have received Diapers, Bath Products, Lotion, Hand Soap, and Laundry Detergent. Diapers are not absorbent enough. My baby had a leak every time. I hated the wipes. I had to use at least 4 wipes to properly clean my baby's bum.
Rest of the products were just fine but I hated the packaging because it takes lot of effort to take out the products :( I wouldn't recommend anything.
I signed up for the Everyday samples and was impressed. Although I opted not to receive a shipment at this time, I feel the products are of good quality. I was happy with all products, especially the laundry detergent.
**UPDATE** After I posted my review I was contacted by one of their customer service people. She was very polite and helped me resolve the issues I experienced when I called the company. She issued me a full refund and advised me to keep the package as a gift! In the end I am very pleased with the customer service experience from Elle and was glad they could identify and fix some internal issues they had on their end due to my complaint.
I was charged $157.80 unknowingly after signing up for a free trial, I called and they cancelled my membership, but are charging me $19 for a package that they they haven't even shipped out yet. I called UPS and they said only a label was created, the package was not picked up. I called Everyday Happy back to see if they could just not ship the package, but they were rude and insisted they shipped the package. I work with UPS on a daily basis and know how they operate. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
Wasn't a good experience, felt tricked because I didn't realize this was a subscription service. They charged me a fee in addition to having to pay a huge shipping fee to ship their crap back to them and their diapers sucked. I've bought better diapers at my local dollar store.
I got the trial Set as a gift and it was nice it works great for my child. And for me as well knowing what's in what my child's stuff easiest way of not worrying about one less thing and not having to go to Store woukd be a plus
This stuff is crap! The wipes are small, thin, and gave my daughter the most awful diaper rash the required a steroid to treat and she doesn't have sensitive skin! The laundry soap doesn't clean anything except odor. The diaper cream does not create a moisture lock skin barrier and is obscenely over priced. The diapers are not horrible but they are below mediocre and small in comparison to other brands! I have yet to try the lotion or soaps but after what the wipes did... That stuff is going in the trash! The company has poor customer service and just wants to give you more of their crap instead of refunding your money! RUN the other way. If you want a natrual product look elsewhere! This stuff sucks!

I signed up for the free trial and entered our debit card information. You have to cancel in 7 days! If you don't you will be charged $157.80 charge to your account. I attempted to call the support number and was hung up on by the manager. I called them back and asked to speak to the manager again. They will charge you $19.99 to restock the items and expect for you to pay for shipping!

I was contacted by their customer service manager within minutes of my review. She remediated the situation immediately. They are a small company but pride themselves in good customer service. Worth giving a small business a shot as they grow.
I found the diapers to be very absorbent and soft on baby's skin. He has been quick to cry as soon as he was wet in other diapers, but with these he seemed very comfortable. (I didn't leave him in a wet diaper, he just didn't fuss as soon as the Everyday diapers were wet.) the wipes were also very gentle and non-irritating. I will buy these again for sure!
There is a free samples offer on a sister page for babies and everyday happy will jump on the chance to swindle you! Claiming their fine print states the subscription for $100+ dollars (IT DOESNT THROUGH 3rd party) beware you have been warned
I was overly happy with the customer service! I placed my order and it was so easy, the operators were very helpful on the phone when I called to ask about shipping and when I had to call to cancel my subscription. I think the prices are a little more than I normally would pay for some products but so far I have liked all of the products I have tried.
I truly believe that Every Day Happy have the most absorbant diapers on the market. Seriously. I've told everyone. We're in the process of potty training so I didn't continue my subscription but if I had found you earlier, I would have stayed. I have told every new mom that I know about your product. Good work!
Tried the diapers and products for a few days was happy with them. I didn't sign up for the monthly membership but will definitely Oder products from them in the near future.
This company is a scam. They send me some samples and I paid the shipping fee. Then I went on and can keep it within a week. The lady on the phone said that they will charge me 20 bucks to cancel. Then a package is on the way to my house, and I will have to pay shipping fee to have it sent back. Which they already charge 135 bucks on my credit card and said it will take weeks to refund. It is a huge scam for busy new parents. I went to my credit card company and dispute the charge. Stay away from them!

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect...
