The people who say this is a scam didn't thoroughly read through the instructions... When you order a sample, you pay shipping. You have FIVE days to cancel before they charge your card for the next month's subscription. This isn't a secret. It's a subscription just like any other. The Honest Company is the same way. So if you don't want to be charged, just cancel within the 5 days.
I have used their diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, hand soaps, body wash, and lotion. I absolutely love this line. The diapers fit my little girl so well, the wipes are incredible, everything is very subtle and not so heavily scented. I'm extremely happy. And the costumer service is fab.
It is worth a try!
I tried EveryDay Happy a couple months ago via their free trial and couldn't be more impressed by what I've got since signing up. After following their sizing chart and getting the right fit of diapers for my son, I got a set of super absorbent diapers that fit perfectly. They didn't even give him diaper rash like other diapers eventually would. The wipes were great, too... These products seem super safe and convenient. Their facebook page is really cute too! I really trust Every Day happy.
I truly wanted to love your product. So far I'm upset that the diapers, when used overnight, tend to break apart. I appreciate your wellmeaning intentions, but the wipes are paper thin and it requires multiple cloths for even a tiny mess. I wish the products were more durable.
I was having problems with the diapers leaking, i thought they were defective? I talked to customer service and realized i was using the wrong size. They sent me some for free in a bigger size and now my daughter isn't peeing thru them. Good service, stand by their products.

I used the free samples on my granddaughter. She always complained wearing other diapers but not with these. However I had to cancel my subscription to EverydayHappy cause I wasn't informed by my daughter that they were potty training. I would highly recommend this product.
It was a wrong decision to start with the free sample with EverydayHappy. You pay $5.95 shipment to get the free samples, but they ship you $130 value box without any heads-up. Even though I called to cancel my membership and orders, they still ship it and charged me. I called them to get a return label but they told me I have to ship it back at my own expenses plus $19.90 processing fee. Why would they be so un-reasonable? I tried to talk to the rep. And her supervisor, not helpful, no customer services. It was a frustrating experience. I wish they can do a better job making their customer "everydayhappy"? I had the same experience with Honest Company with free sample. They are more flexible working with the customer and I'd rather consider their product in the future, just because a better customer service provided.

I did the free trial which was great. What they fail to tell you when you sign up for this free trail is that you are automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I had a charge on my VISA for about $122.00. No where when you sign up does it tell you have much this service is or that you even are being signed up for it. Yes it may be in the small print of terms somewhere but even right now I can not find pricing on their website. They told me I can return the package back to them but pay a $20.00 restocking fee. To me this is BS. My baby girl is not even due for another 4 months. Why in the world would I knowingly sign up for a monthly subscription of diapers when I don't even have a baby to wear them yet. Very disappointed with there customer service as far a waiving any fees. They say they are unable to but I am sure they can. Will not deal with them in the future and would not recommend them to anyone.
This kit was perfect in introducing new members to the products. The trials sizes were larger than normal - the products were gentle and did not leave an oily residue, scent free and did not leave a rash or anything irritating behind. I would highly recommend all of the cleansers and the diapers we received in our kit for future use!
This company is a JOKE! I signed up for the free trial, my subscription was SUPPOSED to be cancelled, then BAM all of a sudden my debit card was charged $115, for something I DIDN'T order, and didn't even know what it was! When I called them to get my money back, they told me I could get a refund once my package was returned. BUT that didn't include the shipping THEY charged to ship the package, a package I had no clue what was in it, and they don't mention to tell you that even though they deducted shipping from your refund, YOU have to pay for shipping to send it back to them! What is the point of the refund then!? I WILL never recommend this company to ANYONE. Their diaper suck, their wipes are no good, and they charge out the $#*! and are no help at All!

For any returned kits, there is a processing fee as well as a shipping fee that is deducted. The customer is also made aware that they have to return the kit at their own expense.
I'm sorry you were not happy with our diapers and wipes, just to give you a little information on them; our wipes are made from 100% sustainable bamboo and are free of alcohol and parabens. They're infused with cucumber and aloe to be extra soothing. Our diapers are made with a hybrid core containing SFI-certified sustainable wood pulp from USA forests to help keep the concentration of SAP moisture absorbers lower. We've never received that feedback before, so we will pass it along to our product development team. The comments we receive from our customers are the best way for us to learn as we continue to grow!

The kits arrive regularly. The laundry detergent is terrific. I am sensitive to any product with fragrances and/or harsh chemicals. Not once have I had a problem/reaction with this product. The body wash is the same - no skin reaction or itch. The diaper cream is perfect for two grandsons with very sensitive skin.

I never received any emails at all. Not even an order confirmation. I didn't even receive the emails promised by customer service and no they did not show up in my spam folder either. My email was entered correctly and I found myself on the phone with customer service reps multiple times because of no email confirmations.
I had the worst experience with them! They got my info from a freebies website and charged my account 160$! I had tried their products before for my daughter and they are not good at all! I keep asking them to stop emailing me but they still do! I can't stand this company! They will not let me post this without marking a star, but I did want to give it to them...
I ordered a sample an didn't know I was signing up for monthly shipments. That's sneaky. A welcome to the club email would be nice. I could have cancelled the enrollment. I had to pay return shipping which made the sample cost around $40. If I could have gotten a good price on the diapers I would have kept them but not for vitamins and baby care items I already had.
I wanted to get a free trial, in order to get a free trial, you have to leave a cc#. Unfortunately I accidentally didn't cancel on time my membership. They charge you if you want to return the items $25 plus you pay another $20 for the processing fees and you have to pay for the return shipping at the post office. Soo all those extra fees I decided to keep the box, which was $278 by the way. Of little stuff and over priced for what I got. Even one of the packages of the wipes were expired and the customer service said she had to talk to her manager about letting me exchange it. I now have to send a screen shot to their email, of the wipes for proof. A lot of back and forth for this headache with customer service. And the amount of money that this cost is way over priced for service and items. Everything: lotion, face wash/body wash, detergent, and wipes and diapers, were tiny sizes so it sounds like a lot but not really. I can go to target and by organic items and pampers for 1/4 of the price. Don't waste your time or money. Even the "sample" has a catch! It's too stressful to deal with if your frugal and pregnant. Don't do it unless you literally don't care about spending money on nonsense.

At first i just wanted to try the products with no real intention of buying them later, once i got the trial and i saw those really soft diapers i changed my mind, the baby care products are really good too and for the safety of the baby and even the comfort of the mom, not having extra worries about the baby's health is a great choice, they just offer all you need for a good price with a better quality.
I signed up for the trial of Everyday Happy products, and they seem an awful lot like products and subscriptions from The Honest Company. I like the products so far, but I have had about two days to evaluate them before I realized that my subscriptions (that I'm not even sure I want yet) are ready to ship. A 7 day trial is way too short to determine if you actually want to get their subscription, especially considering the price of each subscription. So I cancelled the subscription, until I could accurately evaluate the products.

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
