I don't like your diapers. They don't fit right and don't hold up for what you have to pay for them. I won't be buying diapers from you again.
I haven't yet received my order but it was processed quickly and I love that I was sent a notice when it was shipped.
They neglected to mention that I would be automatically sent a box of diapers, wipes etc and charged $158
No complaints here, fast shipping. Diapers hold up really well.

Everyday happy is not a company I would like to associate with. I signed up for their trial and received it in the mail. I did not like their diapers so I never ordered more. A bit of time went by and out of the blue I got this huge box filled with diapers and wipes. Having never received any emails and nothing was charged to my account I didn't think anything of it. We used a couple diapers and they leaked horribly, wouldn't hold anything and I had to do more laundry than with the diapers I buy regularly. I looked at my account again and found a purchase was made to this account for 85.90. So I immediately called the company and canceled my subscription and asked if I could return their diapers and wipes that I didn't use. They said no. So I talked to the supervisor, Nikki, and got the information to return the diapers and that they would refund the partial amount from the package. So I packed everything up and sent it out the next day. The shipping cost me 31.18! Awful! She told me that it would take 3-4 weeks to get my refund. I tracked the package and on the tracking it had said that it had been received. I waited patiently and called the next week or so later inquiring as to why my refund hadn't gone through. She said that they ever received the package. I said it was received and I did everything you asked. She said the only way that they could confirm that they had received the package is through my tracking number. Of course with the crazy household that I have, since the package was received I threw out the receipt. So she told me basically that I was eating everything I paid for. So... now I paid 85.90 for the diapers and wipes... I kept a 30 pack and sent the others back which cost me 31.18. So now I have paid a total of 117.08 for a THIRTY PACK OF DIAPERS! You cN see my frustration. I will never recommend these people and their mission in life. They are a scam and lie about what they do. Good luck if you deal with them. They will take all your money and not even notify you. Good luck!

Products are the perfect try me size. I have since found them in Target and picked them up.
I tried the diaper kit trial for my little one and I fell in love with it... out of all the diapers I have tried this was the best! So I kept the membership and waited till the 7 day period was over for the notification that my monthly kit was arriving, unfortunately nothing came to me until a week passed by and I checked my account and I was charged for another trial kit... so I am now under the impression that I need to place an order. But I waited again 7 days after the 2nd kit arrived and I didn't receive the monthly kit still... its been a month already that I was waiting... so I called and asked what was going on and I was told that my account was canceled. The thing is that I never cancelled it. So the rep said that she will reactivate it and place the order for the kit... Wednesday came and my account still the same no charges, no notifications nothing. So I called again... and the rep told me I should be charged by the end of that day latest would be Thursday but it should go in that day. I waited... Friday came and still nothing. I called again and was on hold for a while... they're supposedly checking my account. And then the rep told me th same thing the rep from Monday told me... that my account was canceled and that if I want to place an order they can reactivate my account... and I am just "what?!" 4 days... my order should've been processed already and it would've been on its wat and will arrive next week but, I was back at the same situation 4 days ago? Where's the convenience in that... and I'm in the west coast and they're in the east coast so it does take the whole 7 business days for the shipping... but it got delayed and delayed and my account, which I never cancelled in the first place wasn't even reactivated all this time. So disappointing... my husband and I seriously loved the diapers but I can't have my baby waiting like this... were gonna expect that everything is fine then its not, then fune again then not!?

The baby wipes are the best I've very used. Exceptionally strong, smells good and works well
Unfortunately, my experience has not been a good one to say the least. After going to your website and requesting only samples of wipes and diapers my debit card was automatically charged a few weeks later for $157.80 for a bundle I "supposedly" requested. I immediately contacted your customer service to cancel the order, but it was to late. The order had been shipped out that day.
The customer service representative I spoke with wasn't friendly at all nor sympathetic to my situation. After asking several times how I should handle the return, she finally responded that I needed to refuse the package when being delivered in order to avoid having to pay the return shipping cost. What a freaking pain in the butt! Fortunately, I was home and able to refuse the package when they tried to deliver it almost 2 weeks later.
After refusing the package I immediately contacted customer service to make your company aware and was told the refund would occur 5-7 days after they receive the package. I received an automatic email from your company about 4 days later saying you had received the package and I would see refund of $157.80 in my account within 5-7 days.
After waiting patiently for 2 weeks, and still not seeing the refund in my account, I contacted customer service yet AGAIN to see what was going on with my $157.80. It came to no surprise that the customer service agent that fielded my call was unpleasant to speak with when placing the call. She stated that my refund was processed and the funds were definitely in my account. I explained to her that I was looking at my account on-line and no refund had been made from Everyday Happy. She said, "well then you have to have your bank contact us and tell us that directly". Seriously? I asked, so there is nothing else you can do to help me? "NO", was her reply. I then had to reach out to my bank and file a report. Thank God I saved the emails from Everyday Happy stating they had received the goods and the refund would be processed so I have leg to stand on. My bank is in the process of doing an investigation but they said it could take up to 6 months. Again, what a pain!
Personally, I will NEVER order or use Everyday Happy products again, because this has been nothing but a very UnHappy experience.

Answer: I am very angry that you guys are advertised through a website that obtain consumers for you by advertising a free sample of your product. Consumers are navigated to your site which charges a initial shipping and handling fee that starts at roughly $6 and without permission charges consumers $100 for additional product after input of a subscription in the "terms and conditions" which usually display; policy, return procedure, ect... Not only is unethical it is totally inconsiderate of the consumer who may not have funds to pay this outrageous bill of overcharged quantity and quality of product without a response from the consumers satisfaction of the initial sample. The only justification are emails that were sent from your company to my spam mail and a piece of paper sent with the sample that was not returned to your company or responded to in any other manner that would give the impression that I as a consumer was even satisfied. I spoke with Nikki Crown, a supervisor, who sent me an email with a return label but then advised me that I would still be charged a $10 dollar fee once the product is returned which is manic considering that I did not desire the long term subscription and or product beyond the sample in the first place. This is totally unfair. I am writing this email in hopes your company will stop scamming its consumers and state openly the consumers obligation and receive proper authorization before charging consumers cards for unwanted product.
