Put in for an estimate, and someone responding quite promptly. Informed me that by the week's end, roughly 6 days or so, an estimate would be out together. It's been 9 and I haven't heard a word back, and no one has returned my call yet.
Everblak installed a new driveway for us a couple years ago and recently did some repair work around a drain on the common part of the driveway we share with our neighbors. Both times they did a great job and their pricing was substantially less than a quote we got from another well known paving business. I would highly recommend them.
My driveway is steep and between retaining walls, flares wide at the bottom, and a two car tapered parking area up top. I sought 6 quotes. Some companies quote solely from internet pictures, so I scratched those. Everblak studied my site and detailed their plan - the most detailed plan offered. Their residential crew removed and their commercial crew replaced. Nick and Owen are top shelf detailed crew leaders, their crews are craftsmen, and the results show. I'm super pleased.
When we decided to have our driveway paved we got 3 estimates. We also did our research on reviews of all 3. So glad we went with Everblak Paving. All the reviews were right. From the initial estimate with Nicholas Rogers my instinct told me this was the company to choose. Everyone there did an outstanding job for us. I would highly recommend them for your paving needs!
I want to begin by saying that the young person who came to our home was very courteous and professional. My 1 star rating has nothing to do with him or his performance. The low rating has everything to do with the managment at Everblak. It took two weeks to get our quote. All three of the other pavers did the quote immediately on site during thier initial visit. Your price was secind highest out of four bidders. You should never send an inexperienced person out alone to speak with a customer. He had no knowledge of paving. Again, this was NOT his fault, but rather, the management of Everblak.
Requested an estimate online and made 2 phone calls. Staff answers the phone but simply takes the same info I already input online and says they'll forward the request on. Couldn't talk to anyone who could even provide a timeframe to expect a useful response. Never heard back on email or phone. It's been 2 weeks. The website claims 3 days for an estimate. Why would I trust them to do the actual work on time?
The guys at Everblak did a great job and I am really happy with my new driveway. We had a few minor communication issues but Nick was very straightforward and honest. I definitely recommend Everblak, they had a fair price and did an excellent job.
When I sought quotes from 4 paving contractors, Everblak was the only one who came out to meet with me personally and go over the project. The other 3 just looked at Google maps and sent me a quote. I worked with Zach Surace who was the project leader and he was great. His crews did a high-quality job and were also personable to talk with and ask questions during the 2-day project.
I spoke with two separate people on the phone. One said I would have a quote by the end of the week. I received a call two days later that said, I would have a quote by the beginning of the following week. Its now Wednesday and I still haven't seen anyone or received a quote.
Everblak was very responsive to my request for an estimate to expand and pave my driveway that was in disrepair. Once the estimate was completed and a very reasonable price the job was completed within about two weeks which exceeded my expectations! From the onset all the employees I dealt with were very polite and did a great job and also kept me in the loop as to what they were doing at all times. I'm very happy with my new driveway and would definitely recommend Everblak to anyone that needs ashphalt work done.
I have not used there services for my driveway replacement yet. Reasons out of the control of Everblak, but they were diligent and informative the potential options. When I am ready financially I will be very confident in choosing them to do it. As one of the salesperson stated, "if you have the opportunity to do it right then I should wait and do it right", it's your home! That statement resonated with me... thanks for the great service..
Representative from Everblak came to house to preview paving project. Discussed project and he was going to get back to me with quote. Never heard back.
It seems as though the crew was not aware of/prepared for the scope of the work needed. They said the quote called for much less work than what was actually there. Of course, this creates an immediate concern on the part of the customer. That being said, the customer service displayed during the resolution off the problem was excellent. The crew was polite and professional, the matter was addressed right away and the work was done properly. The original price was honored. Thank you.

I called & left a msg. Someone called me back & said they were out of town & would call the next week. Have never heard from them to date.
Everblak replaced my old driveway. From the first quote to final payment. Everblak made everything easy and comfortable. Id suggest my family and friends to see these guys anyway.
