The show was cancelled with a possible re-schedule by the band and the venue is not responding to any contacts about what to do with tickets. So far the higher than venue priced tickets I bought through ETS are just getting eaten. Not a pleasant experience for my wallet.

Even though all my emails said the link to download my tickets was coming, I worried if they would come. I would have appreciated know that the tickets would not be available to download or print until the day before the event. Otherwise, I did appreciate all the emails. If I was purchasing tickets for several events, it would have helped me keep track. Next time I'll be more aware.

Really enjoyed this show for my Birthday, Even though it SNOWED... I made my way to the Fox Theater to See KATT WILLIAMS - soooo Funny. My cheeks were hurting I was laughing so HARD. The Opening Acts were AMAZING too, they were OFF THE CHAIN! That means GOOD! LOL

67 years old still sounds like she did on the 80's. She was on point. Energetic, strong, engaging, beautiful... perfect. The band was exceptional! I only wish I'd had VIP seats instead of Club seats. It was crowded, and lines were very long. There was no signage that I saw for merch. However I found out from a bartender that there was a table on the opposite side, had I known prior to (signage) I would have purchased something. The usher at the end was pretty rude. Lots of people were still there, likely waiting for the crowd to thin out before leaving, and the usher wouldn't let us stay. I paid $422.00 for 2 tickets... I think he could have let us stay a bit longer. HOWEVER I would go again because Ann Wilson is my vocal idol and is worth it!

Seeing a picture of the view of the game from the seats was instrumental for me deciding which seats to purchase. Extremely satisfied with the service. It didn't hurt that the Stars beat the Penguins either. Awesome.

Tickets through this are overinflated in price making the event not enjoyable. I will not use this again. Price on the tickets was $39.50 we were charged 60.00 plus service fees and parking, buy the time all this was added on the event cost $180.00 for the two of us to go. I was also promised a $50.00 rebate on the tickets that I never received.

The entire production was fabulous... the music, the dancing... the costume design was out of this world! I just wish our seats were closer so we could actually see the actors facial expressions!

DWTS was canceled due to snow storm and, possibly, DWTS crew in snow related accident. No notice until we arrived in parking lot after 4 hour drive in snow storm conditions. Have yet to hear anything regarding rescheduling, replacement tickets, or refund.
Ordered tickets on-line the morning they became available. NOT pleased to find out they were not original tickets, but RE-SALE tickets.
VERY irritated by outrageous Service, Handling, and Delivery fees on tickets that were received via e-mail.

Although the venue has a small stage (UA Centennial Hall), the performance of STOMP itself overcame that limitation. Sound: Perfect. Interaction with the multi-aged crowd for a Saturday matinee: Ideal. My second time with STOMP. First, in Row 7 had been a little too intense; G in the mezzanine was a little distant but much better seating, overall, for the four of us.

Everyone at the event center were very helpful. We were looking for specific fan based items, and we received great help. In addition, we were helped with seats and they were friendly, nice and guided us when we needed to know where we could get something from a different floor. Great experience.
