Obtaining the tickets was quite easy. The add on choices for protection and credit card things was a pain. Then verifying the purchase took more time than necessary. I realize some things are for our protection but this seemed to go beyond necessary. Also, I shouldn't have to have 50 words in a review if I can say it in 3 or 4.
