Good, no problems purchasing my tickets, but I can't understand why completing this rating system is required to progress in the online ordering process. It should be at the purchaser's volition only. I was required to rate this process using 50 or more characters. I think this is really not necessary. Have I entered fifty characters yet?
Do not buy tickets from these folks. Closer to a scam than an actual business. They do not have possession of the tickets when they sell them to you. I drove three hours to take my wife to Billy Joel, her bucket list concert. Tickets were never delivered. There response was continually "they sent an urgent message to the seller to deliver the tickets, if they were not be delivered by the start of the event, I would get a refund". Did I eventually get a refund, yes. But I did not want a refund, I wanted to be in the event instead of having a disappointed family member and a waisted trip. That was the point of buying tickets. And they don't refund for waisted travel cost, only the tickets. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and get tickets from a reputable company that deliver them to you immediately.
