My experience was OK but why are you wasting my time with a silly question
On May 31st 2022 my husband and I purchased Rod Stewart/Cheap Trick concert tickets to be held at the Woodlands Pavillion on July 2,2022 from your company via the internet. The amount for the transaction was $154.74. The order number is *******. On July 2nd we went to the concert and logged into Event tickets to download our tickets. However, the website would pull up only to give a message saying, "oops" something went wrong, please try again later. We notice two other couples had the same problem with your sight once we were in the sight. The lady who sells tickets behind the counter even attempted to download from the website, but kept getting the same message on your sight. After many attempts and after missing half the concert she suggested to repurchase the tickets and get a refund at a later time. I have attached the two tickets we purchased in sight.
Also, we attempted to get a hold of the company that day while at the event and the next couple of days with no avail. We were put on hold from the voice system for 1 to 2 hours and would just hang up. Finally I got a hold of someone on July 11 after being put on hold for an hour then receiving a message to leave my number for a return call. After the return call I was giving this email to ask for a refund. The refund was never given.
I did not like that I cannot see where my seat are located in the row. It makes a huge difference!

This company, Event Ticket Center, cancelled my ticket order the day before my sons event. I bought them tickets for Christmas. 8+ months before the event. The day before told me they couldn't fill the order as purchased. The tickets went up $800 over what I paid. And told me I could pay that amount more to keep my tickets. My sons did not get their present. It was devastating. Horrible site. And I bought through them because the artist advertised.

Update 8/11/22: The tickets were delivered over a month before the event with instructions on how to accept the transfer onto your mobile device. You never reached out to us requesting help accepting your ticket transfer until you were trying to gain entry to the event and had not yet accepted the ticket transfer. Our customer service could have certainly resolved any error you were receiving. You mentioned you logged into your user account. There is online chat functionality with that and you would have been moved to the front of the line as your event was the same day. You would have also been moved to the front of the phone queue if you called in from the phone number used when placing the order. This is not a scam and unfortunately, we have no recourse with the seller since they clearly delivered the tickets well before the event.
