I literally paid for NOTHING.
I purchased two tickets to cirque in Albany NY but for some reason the show was canceled. The company said they would refund MINUS the service fee which was $117 or I could move my tickets to another show which I tired to do. But then there was another $200 service fee they were charging me to do that. I complained and they literally did not care. They refunded me without my consent (as to not deal with my issue any longer) because I was fighting the extra fee. I also had purchased insurance for my tickets! How is this fair? I didn't cancel or back out, THEY did and I have to pay for that? So yeah, I literally paid $117 FOR NOTHING.
Buyer be ware! Even with purchased Insurance, if THEY cancel a show, somehow they see it fit to make you pay anyway.
