The first pair of tickets I bought were not the ones I wanted, I made a mistake so I purchased a second pair. I wanted the 119 area not the 300 level. At first I was on the right page (section 119) but after I went to payment it somehow changed to sections 300's, level 322 row 7. I tried calling back to let them know of my mistake but waited too long, no response, so just left.
