Concert gets cancelled day off with no notification but a nondescript email and while every other ticket sales company gave refunds for this show which at the time had no clue when it would be postponed (now pushed back 5 months and now on a weekday) this site gives nothing. Instead you must resell your ticket through a partner site, that then takes a percentage of whatever you sell the ticket for. Never using these crooks again.
