I like the easiness of securing tickets through this site
Tried to order tickets during pre-sale promotion at a discount, but had issues with the app rejecting the credit card transaction. Tried again successfully a few days later but missed the discount, had fewer seat selection options, and had to pay full price. Then when completing the transaction, app hijacked the user experience with a bunch of irrelevant "cash-back" promotions and (this) forced review. I don't want any of this nonsense and at this point in the workforce, I am just worried about whether the transaction is going to complete, whether I am going to get my tickets before the transaction times out, and whether my credit card is going to be charged twice.
I just want to buy my tickets, complete the transaction, and get out of your stupid app in the shortest possible time with the fewest possible keystrokes and detours.

We're headed to Phoenix and thought to see if there is a game one of the nights we'll be there and sure enough there is! Grabbed 2 tickets, got to see the view, used Apple Pay. Easy. Total time 2 min.
