I spent $200 to see Josh Turner at the Home Run Dugout in Katy just to find out it was FREE entrance for anyone. They didn't even asked me to show the tickets at the entrance. I got scammed.

I am a former dancer. I purchased a ticket for the Paris Opera Ballet, in the balcony because I like to see the choreography, staging and formations, "big picture". The following day they told me my seat was unavailable and they were moving me to a "better seat" in the 5th row. At first I was a little happy, until I saw where my seat was. It was all the way to the side. I know there was a band on stage, but I never saw a second of them. I saw into the wings the whole show. Seeing dancers being out of character in the wings completely takes you out of the show, at least for me. I left feeling like I wanted my money back and I was so excited for this show. I usually love my experience at City Center. This ticket change was not "better" in any way.
Terrible experience, I bought the ticket by mistake, because the event cover image was of DJ Alok Brasil and was actually of a comedian, as soon as I received the confirmation I realized the error and contacted them to inform them of the mistake, less than 12 hours later, the only response I received was that nothing could be done for 4 tickets that cost almost $500, I felt cheated and the ticket sales organization simply said that the problem was mine.

It was a great Concert! The Band still does everything Great! Luckily the weather was good. Only Criticism was the depiction of the seat location even though accurate failed to show the stage corner was going to be blocked by banners and what not so glad we weren't any further front which would seem better but for line of sight to the stage would not. I would not have wanted to be front several rows in that section as you wouldn't be able to see hardly any of the stage to a hard far-left angle and only the big Screen TV at a hard right angle.
My total price for these tickets was around 230. My tickets were general admission. Other people in my area paid 45.00 per ticket compared to 95. That I paid. There was just general admission seats and artists circle. Why were my tickets higher? The date was 09/27/2025
You're a bunch of pricks! I didn't go to any concert! This was not what I thought it was, I called in within an hour of the accidental purchase and your jerks of customer service wouldn't help! I had bought the insurance and they wouldn't cover it either! What a waste of $200+ dollars down the toilet! I plan on going to the BBB and reporting this. Already submitted a dispute with my credit card company.
Had a blow out on my truck roading to event I did not make it also the insurance I purchased says the blow out wasn't a good enough reason to refund my $311.00. So very disappointed 😞

We ordered tickets to go see the rodeo bought 3 total. Ordered concert tickets to go right after imagine our surprise to find out they gave us matinee rodeo tickets and no concert tickets and had traveled abit over an hr to get there had company and ended up walking around for 3 hrs til the concert which we bought general admission tickets just lots of wasted money we didn't have

The girl in the box office could find no record of my purchase which was in excess of $130.00. She said that sometimes they are unable to pull up tickets which are purchased through AXES(or whatever it is). Fortunately I also bought the insurance for 15.50 for 2 tickets. I'm expecting to be reimbursed. We even gave her the confirmation number. This was our first concert at the Bandshell and I even set up an account so our next purchase will be easier…however there probably won't be a next time. Very upsetting. We bought 2 more tickets for $15 and sat through the rain for awhile. The band was very good. I can't afford to lose $130 and hope you will make it right. Gretchen Gray

I didn't receive my tickets until a few hours before the event. I ended up buying tickets at Ticketmaster for half the price at the last second. I was tricked to begin with because I thought I had gone to the site that was the direct seller of tx for the event.
Show was great, ticket purchase was not, I had option for multiple ticket tiers and I purchased the most expensive ones. My expectation is that I got something like a better seat than others. This was not the case, so I over paid for no reason.

So therefore I was overcharged by a $100.Because general mission for the fare is only fifteen dollars per person.
