Disappointed
December 21, 2017

I ordered a $ 28 dollar ticket, they charged me $11+7.95 more.

They told me that they have only the row A in the orchestra ticket, the others are all sold out. When I went there there were a lot of empty seats at the orchestra, where I usually like to sit.
Unless they reimburse me I'll never use this company again.

The concert was Great but the price of the tickets through Event Tickets Center was a bit out of line. 3 times more per seat than going direct to the venue. Will be going again but a little wiser on the purchase location.

My wife, grandson, son, son-girlfriend, and I attended that Nashville Nutcracker on Sunday the 17th of December. We enjoyed the ballet so much we talked about it for two days. Immediately after the show we went to a nearby coffee house and by accident happened upon one of the flower women from the ballet. We surrounded her asking questions and getting good answers. She was from Chicago and explained her love of ballet and we told her of our grateful response for all her (and all the cast) hard work on this astonishing wonderful ballet. Thanks so much.

NRF Tickets
December 21, 2017

We booked our tickets for the last night of the National Finals Rodeo through EventTicketsCenter, and it was the best decision ever. Super easy to book the tickets - very reliable and very prompt communication. Then when we were in Vegas, we were called twice for free upgrade of our tickets. We had the opportunity of a lifetime to go form row N to row A, right behind the bucking chutes. I still cannot put into words how amazing of an experience this was. Best customer service and the absolute happiest customers ever. Thank you so much for making this a lifetime memory!

Xscape Tour

I had an awesome time! I am such a Kandi fan that it didn't matter what happened, I would still have a great time. Tamar and Monica was also great! Xscape's vocals were amazing!

The 7:00 pm show was cancelled (postponed?) as we were sitting in the theatre at about 7:55 pm.

Gaga disappointment

I can tell you I was totally disappointed! First of all there was no mention of restricted view seats, we didn't even get a glimpse of her until the sixth song. The fact that she was 70 minutes late(I know that's not your fault), I heard from somebody else that they got an email about 1-2 weeks ago stating there was a time change for the concert, that would have been nice...
When someone puts out that kind of money, and it turns out like last night, that definitely puts a sour taste in my mouth.
BTW your other link for 'improvement' doesn't work.

Why was I charged $77.70 when people around me had paid $27.50 and I was on the back row. You all convinced me there weren't tickets cheaper than $77.70 and for that I thought I'd have a good seat. Then you said I could get a rebate which took me to another sales company to purchase magazines. Crazy! I will never do buisness with you guys again. Ever!

Had an absolutely wonderful time! Really didn't know what to expect - but these guys and gal put on a terrific show. Seats were fantastic, as well! Wish it was just a bit longer (for the price), but overall, fun time!

I was unable to see the show because you do not have the ability to upgrade tickets. I had a time conflict and would have paid more to see the evening show. Your representative did not appear to care.

Luke Combs put on a great show! He was fun, entertaining & was definitely there to please the audience! However, the venue itself was horrible. The space was overly cramped (the way the seats are arranged), the sound effects are terrible & even the lighting was poor.

We weren't sure what to expect from this show. We were very happy we came. The venue its self is just Gorgeous! The show was Spectacular! The signing, dancing, and loved the Santa! When we did the audience participation song it was hilarious! Lots of fun for all! Highly recommend this show!

Quality Time

Took my son to his first NHL game between the Blue Jackets and New Jersey. He's a big hockey fan. What made it even more exciting for him was the fact that New Jersey won. Since I'm a Blue Jacket fan, I told him that one of us would go home happy!

We went for my son's birthday and had a great time, would derful game
We were totally unaware that we would not be able to end her until an hour before the game. It was frigidly cold, this made for any minor inconvenience that could have been avoided with instruction other than that we look forward to our next visit.

Received tickets that were not the ones I paid for. Looked at them before ordering and made sure they were in a good section with a decent view. The email showed a different section than the ones that were downloaded and printed. When we arrived, the tickets wouldnt even scan so we had to go to the box office to see what was wrong. They had to reprint the tickets for us. When we got to the seats they were four rows from the back of the entire theatre. Not even close to what I paid for or what was advertised. Really disappointed and dont plan on using this site for tickets in the future.
