Seeing a picture of the view of the game from the seats was instrumental for me deciding which seats to purchase. Extremely satisfied with the service. It didn't hurt that the Stars beat the Penguins either. Awesome.
Tickets through this are overinflated in price making the event not enjoyable. I will not use this again. Price on the tickets was $39.50 we were charged 60.00 plus service fees and parking, buy the time all this was added on the event cost $180.00 for the two of us to go. I was also promised a $50.00 rebate on the tickets that I never received.

DWTS was canceled due to snow storm and, possibly, DWTS crew in snow related accident. No notice until we arrived in parking lot after 4 hour drive in snow storm conditions. Have yet to hear anything regarding rescheduling, replacement tickets, or refund.

Bought tickets that we're apparently already sold and was contacted but email was sent to spam and was told I was contacted by phone but did not find any call/voicemail of the like. By the time the issue was caught I could only find tickets for 4 seats approximately 50% more per ticket. So needless to say, we didn't go to the concert.
Look, I'm not mad that I didn't get the phone call nor missed out on a concert, and Ticketmaster did their job to try and contact me, I'm disappointed that tickets that we're already sold we're CONFIRMED my tickets via email, money charged and everything, how weird is that?
It was the best day of my life, the concert was amazing, he was performing like a professional musician and the people that came over to the concert, looked wonderful fashion dressed, I'm still excited, the only downside of the concert was it's ending I wish it never ends

Had only heard songs on radio, didn't really know what to expect from the event. Was deeply moved by the Ghosts of Christmas Eve story and religious music
The Cactus Bowl was a great win for the Wildcats, but we had issues with seat assignments. Early seating charts showed the Big 12 team on the north side of the field (bleachers) and their goal in the SE corner of the park (off 1st base). Even on game day, many ticket sellers showed this configuration.
In reality, the seating was reversed, with UCLA on the north side of the park. Many KSU fans found themselves sitting in the PAC 12 section. Not good for the price of the tickets.
Everything was easy, and the seats were just as the site showed. Wonderful time and worth the money.
The venue was as expected and the service in the end, well done. One thing that would have improved the service would have been identifying which side of the Cotton Bowl stadium each school was using as my tickets were in enemy camp as opposed to the other side of the stadium so this info would be helpful for the next bowl game event, info available at the time of section and row selection.
I have learned a very important lesson. Commercialism has you by the short ones. Spent $240.00 on 4 tickets. Freezing rain with serious travel warnings was just not enough to constitute any compensation. Maybe... just maybe if any attempt was made to even be given a coupon to another show, I would be willing to suck it up. I won't purchase again and will relay this warning to anyone and everyone.
