Very happy with the Beam hose. This is an upgrade for us to not have to push the beater bar on /off with our foot and use the switch on the handle.
I ordered items on the 17th. After a full week I had not received any update on my order so I reached out to customer service. I asked when I could expect my order. The only response I got was a part was not in inventory (which any reliable business would not have allowed someone to order a product they didn't have in inventory). I then asked again when I could expect my order, and they ghosted me. 5 days after my initial reach out to the company, I called to cancel my order.
Since I had not received any shipping information, I should not have had a problem cancelling since their website clearly states "orders can not be cancelled once they've been shipped." The first person I spoke to told me "it hasn't shipped yet but it's supposed to ship today and she wasn't able to cancel my order". This was baffling to me. How can they not cancel my order if the company is still in possession of 1. My money and 2. The items I paid for 10 days ago? She refused to cancel my order, said a manager could call me back then hung up on me.
Then I talked to Mike when i called back. He told me "the item has already shipped because we printed a shipping label." How convenient. I had not received any email alert, no tracking number and his colleague had told me it hadn't shipped yet. Caught in a lie. When I said this, he hung up on me... so I called back and got Mike once more... who proceeded to lie about how we "got disconnected" told me "I don't like being called a liar" when he continued to lie to me even more. He once again refused to allow me to cancel my order, said because a label has been printed it has shipped (this is not true... most people know printing a label does not magically make it fly out of a warehouse). Before I had called Mike, I submitted a new ticket to cancel my order. It's now a week after these phone calls and I have yet to receive a response from that ticket. They shipped my order the very next day I tried 4x to cancel.
Shoddy business practices going against their own policies on website. Probably a scam for identity theft as well.
Ordering was easy and I received the items in a timely manner. I have ordered from this company before and it was also an easy process.

Meile is the best vacuum on the market in my opinion, so buying meile bags is a must. No generics for my machines.
I find the masks to be of good quality. The only issue is that there is a slight odor to the mask that I don't like.
