Personnel arrogant. 1h d'attente d'une navette, passée 2 fois devant nous a l'aéroport en accélérant. Honteux. Réception dans une baraque et non un bureau par une personne inquisitrice, qui ferait mieux de travailler dans la police. De multiples photos du véhicule avant sa prise en main. Véhicule non coyacla demande initiale. Check out désastreux.

Μας είχαν στη reception της Europcar στο αεροδρόμιο Ελ. Βενιζέλος για την παραλαβή του οχήματος για μισή ώρα λέγοντας μας ότι θα μας κάνουν αναβάθμιση οχήματος στο τέλος μας έδωσαν το ίδιο που είχα κλείσει. Δεν είχαν αυτοκίνητα και οι υπάλληλοι ρωτούσαν ο ένας τον άλλον. Το αμάξι ήταν άριστο και καινούργιο. Οι υπάλληλοι στο parking είχαν άψογη συμπεριφορά.

Consider your comment about the security deposit, the request for release of the guarantee is made upon the return of the car. As a company in all our rentals a security deposit will be blocked on the credit card plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit that will be blocked on the credit card will be released by the cardholder's bank, upon notification after the vehicle returns. The estimated time of released is always depends of bank the customer use.
