The car was new and flawless. Whatever was agreed, was delivered. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is the guy that delivered and picked the car, he wasn t friendly enough, didn t smile once and gave me answers mechanically, like he was in arush

Overall OK. The office at Kefalonia airport is so close, a map would have helped so I could walk to the office. Also a reminder that the phone number must start with 00. If you just add + before the number it just adds one 0.

I didn't like the fact that I arrived - no clear signs where to meet. I was give a car that in my opinion is not really the same category as the one I booked (but this is debatable)

Honestly not at all a nice experience. I did a reservation under my name but I don't drive e put my husband as driver; they then told me I had to pay for an extra driver. The guy I was talking to didn't even look me in the eyes when we were talking so I couldn't understand whether he was talking to me or to the earphones. It was very unpleasant.
The car remote control didn't work and they didn't tell me.

We assure you that our branch followed all the procedures. In Europcar we only hire out cars to drivers who have a credit card. This comment was rewritable to the Ts & Cs online and in the voucher we had share you when you had booked online the car. We are required to explain the rental terms, as well insurance packages are optional and our counters doesn't have the authority to change the name of the booking.
In closing, Europcar offers high-quality services with consistency and efficiency to its customers in order to provide them with the best possible travel experience. Our company philosophy is based on the values of transparency and responsibility and are the main pillars of our customer service.
