First car was not worth the money. Really bad Nissan Micra. There was an option in the website with Nissan Micra or similar for around 300 euros (7days). I chose a more expensive Renault Clio for around 350. I Still got the $#*!ty Micra. NOT OK. Changed to a hybrid Corolla automatic. And payed an additional 150 euros because i was Tired of talking about solutions. Otherwise Good, nice personel. Somewhat helpful.

Europcar were great, flew into Heraklion were they transferred us to their office and upgraded our car to a brand new one due to availability.

Initially the rental was made through Booking.com on my husband name but my husband forgot his original driving license. Europcar did not accept the scanned version of his license and for this reason we had to change the person of driver to me. Unfortunately we had a big delay and they charged my wife for the car even though we had prepaid in Booking.com for the same car. Also we had been waiting in the office of Europcar for ever 3 hours with our children. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Thank you for your feedback. The policy International Europcar is upon pick up you must indicate your driver's license, ID and credit card in the name of the main driver who made the reservation. So in your case we have add a second driver, as the driver who made the reservation couldn't had a credit card fro the deposit under his name. This was wrote very clear u=in the T&C you have received during your booking.
