There was no one waiting for us. we picked up the car after two hours. No child seat provided, seat belt broken! Terrible experience!

Pick up was not great. Waited 30 minutes had to run after the bus to get picked up. Instructions were unclear.
Car was old and pretty rubbish. Air conditioning did not work. Remote locking did not work. Lots of scratches and dents.
Charged for "deep clean" for some dirt on the seat that could easily be wiped off.
