The car we have been given is not what I expected. I had ordered a 4x4 and the Kia I have is not 4 wheel drive and has a very small engine - which on the hilly roads is not very safe when there are 5 of us in the car.
No problems at all. Reception was easy to reach. Short distance to get the car.

The car itself has a lot of scratches, which makes it hard to document and make fotos in the handover. Hope the return makes no trouble.

No one prepared us for two unpleasent
Surprises
The first we didnt know that youre not lockated in the airport and it was quite difficult for us to undrestand where we should wait for your van
The second was that we were told in the office that our reservation had been canceled after 5 houres
Mind you that whenever i tried to make any modication in my reservation form i didnt get to any relevant page so was unable to do so
Non the less the clerks helped us to make a new reservation and gave us a good car

We are not permitted to display signage in the airport or in the arrival hall, even though we understand the need for signs. Despite the fact that all instructions were included in the voucher. Our shuttle bus is allocate in the bus station opposite of the Arrival hall, 50 meters of the entrance of Arrival Hall.
