Pick up easy and fast. Note: an employee of europcar will await you at the airport exit and drive you to the rental office. Friendly staff, no selling of extra insurance etc. New and clean car.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Alan who managed the process was great. Really appreciated the care he took and looking for options when I was deciding if I wanted an automatic or not.

Car was battered and dashboard screen was broken. On return check-in claimed there was a new scratch ( hard to tell as there had been so many to begin) and charged me 400 euros in damages.
Problem free registration, clear understanding of options, the team responsible for the actual presentation of the car, presented a clean vehicle, and provided answers to my questions.

Great, arrived late and at 4am. Was easy to meet someone at the front desk. We asked for a child seat which was broken - but was easily replaced in the morning (only reason I didn't give a 5 star)

The car was fine. However, upon receiving it I wanted to decrease my rental fron 11 days to 9 days and you offered no refund what-so-ever. I think you could do something for me.

Very long process to take the car, almost 45 minutes with reservation. Since the cars are not in the airport there was no immediate transportation to pick up our reservation.
Had to wait a bit too long picking up car. The car was still being cleaned. Staff were very good.
Car has a lot of damage, took about 10 photos of different damage.

I rented and expected a smaller car but got a bigger one because of me and the boys' height they said. Car had minor flaws and got sorted out when returning it. Overall it was a good experience.

We received a really nice car. It was definitely worth it to rent a car vs. using taxis as we are a family of five and there is a large surcharge taxis that carry more than three people.

Everything is great. We were picked up directly at the airport and driven to the station. Although our flight was delayed, we were waiting for it. The car is in a clean and new condition.
