I order a Kia with 120 Hp but got an Open with 83 Hp. The car did not have the power uphills, so even if we had 1 gir and full power the car stoped and glide down the hill and in to the bushes. The car got scratch on left side and we had to pay for that. When we came back to Athens the girl who helping us did her very best, but her college (a man in his 30th) was arrogant and threatening us with the police. It was so unprofessional of him. I will never rent a car from Europcar again.

Brandnew car for a good price

Brandnew car for a good price. Friendly staff and easy administration (no paperwork, everyting digital). However it was not so easy to find the shuttle, there was no designated Busstation fur the shuttle in Heraklion GR.

We are 7 time on Rhodes and first time we met unpleasant service and stress atmosphere.
We booked car with child seat for 50 euro but on a place they charged us 60 euro without any reason and did not help to install the seat which is not meets the standard Adac or Isize
Now We are worried what will happen when we will returning the car because when we Got the car we where scared about everything even sand inside.

The service of Europcar was good, it was just misleading that we got a confirmation from Carjet for a rental with the company Keddy instead of Europcar. In addition, I specifically booked that company, as the online information displayed that the company was located in the airport of Mykonos. However, this was not the case, so it was difficult to find where to go...

My husband booked me a car through the app but I paid with my credit card and the system wouldn't allow me to get the car…. It took more than an hour to cancel and rebook as the app didn't allow the change of name. This was unacceptable and incomprehensible… how complicated… it was early morning and I hadn't slept as the flight was delayed very disappointed!

The car was new and flawless. Whatever was agreed, was delivered. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is the guy that delivered and picked the car, he wasn t friendly enough, didn t smile once and gave me answers mechanically, like he was in arush

I arrived 4.00 am
September 1, 2022

I arrived 4.00 am. Car almost new but with lots of scratches and some dents. Obviously dark night. They make a video and some pictures. They said to me that It was not important because I have bought full all risk insurance. But, when I returned the car 8.00 pm they repeated the process and said to me that a very very small lscratch underside of the car was new. So they asked me to pay 31 eur because of the management of the claim with the insurer. This is regardless I had the full all risk insurance. I refused to pay. Obviously it is not because of the quantity. I had paid more than 1k eur for one week car. This is because I thought it was totally unfair.

On the airport there is no sign of "EuropCar" so we did not know where to look for the shuttle bus. Finally we found it by chance but it took us some effort and time.

Great pepole, need a littel more clearty

Thing were good from the moment we found the shuttel. The thing is that there isnt any clear station that cary the name of your rental service. We had a few moment we had to stand and wish that we are on the right place. After a flight with the kids those moments are better to spear from your coustomers

The original booking on my friends name could not be delivered as the credit card provided was only virtual on Apple wallet. There is no where in the contract that a physical card should be provided. Had to cancel and rebook a new car on my name. Flexicar that did the original booking refuses to refund the Downpayment insurance and extras. Very bad service and attitude overall.

There was a long qeue at the reception but the staff was extemely helpfull. At the parking lot, I waited a bit as well and the organization of who gets first his car, was not that great. Further more there were some minor faults at the paint of the car, which the staff did not want to record.

Consider your comment about the security deposit, the request for release of the guarantee is made upon the return of the car. As a company in all our rentals a security deposit will be blocked on the credit card plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit that will be blocked on the credit card will be released by the cardholder's bank, upon notification after the vehicle returns. The estimated time of released is always depends of bank the customer use.
