Horrible customer service. If you mistyped any size info after hours it cant be undone even if you attempt to contact them immediately it wont matter. They replied in line behind my communication to change the order the next morning telling me they advanced my shipping and shipped it anyway. Then on the phone pat is trying to tell me thats the way it goes the shippers work through the night without any communication with customer service. So for half the day they are a digital money taking non communicative shipping machine. They dont understand this is an amazon america now. Take a clue. Customer service is the gold standard. It's costing me the original 50 dollars for shipping and the return of 50 dollars for shipping, a total of 100 dollars for return for frickin snow chains"
My question was how the control box works with only a wire for the running lights and one for each turn signal. The box isn't really a voltage regulator but a switching circuit. The break light voltage input makes the output to the turn signals a constant on. Years ago I installed an extra break light and separate wire because the switching box the dealer sold me kept burning out. Didn't have a brand name on it.
I installed them Saturday. It took a little longer than the video showed, but not bad for an old man who is just basically mechanically inclined!

Visually all jacks are mounted correctly. My question still remains. One of the jacks None in particular, could be rear or front side etc is off the ground after auto-level is complete. Should'nt they ALL be grounded?

We really appreciated the advice in a very timely manner. We are travelling so we need to replace the components on our trailer. We have ordered these parts as advised, from e-trailer.com and await their arrival (we have to cross the border into the US to collect them, when ready), so we hope they are correct(!). I am sure they will be.

the Hidden Hitch brand does look nicer, but the Curt ones will fit a full side OEM tire. Had I known, I probably would have gone with Curt and get a full size spare.
you will want to clean the threads before installing, so get an M14 1.25 tap
I used an impact gun to tighten the bolts because there's no way you can torque the top back bolt near the bumper with the amount of space you have.
I was able to install the hitch by removing the passenger heat shield and loosening the driver one.
