I asked a super specific question about a hitch. And I am the most un "car" person you can get... and they were really great at answering the question. Lisa even convinced me that I could look under my car (on my yoga mat) and see what I needed to first hand - and i did :) . They seemed to be willing to go "off script" to really give me a good sense of any risks i might have - I appreciated that.

Waited a week on an order that all of the products were said to be in stock. They never shipped the items, called to see what was going on, got the run around about products being out of stock and the website being wrong. (This from a company that sells exclusively online) Why did it take a week to find out products were out of stock? They offered no compensation for inconvenience. Canceled a $400 + order and ordered through another online retailer for $20 more. Great product videos, horrible follow through. Unless you pay the extra fee for shipping your order will not process and ship in a timely manner. It's worth it to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a second Peak camera and monitor. I have not been able to pair the second camera to the monitor, although the second unit does WORK with the monitor it came with. What would the problem be?.
Based on Jeffery's positive response, I purchased the reese elite 5th wheel hitch from etrailer and I am waiting for its arrival. It has shipped and should arrive next Tuesday 07/25/2017.

I had a question about the two hitch/package for my 2015 Kia Optima. My question was answered within 24 hours. I look forward to purchasing my tow hitch/ package and having them install it in the near future.
First off it took 12 days to receive a package that is one business day away from my location. Secondly, they sent the wrong item. Then after a phone call to explain their mistake I emailed photos of the label of the package I received as requested by the person I spoke to on the phone. I waited 24 hours and still had no communication from this website so I called again. Now they're saying that it is not in stock the item I ordered and it will be mid next week before they receive the item I ordered. And of course I'm expected to handle the item that I received to get it back to them. The person I spoke to you on the phone offered no compensation for my inconvenience but when I asked the person said that they could compensate me 5% of my purchase price which amounts to about six dollars.
Etrailer is just what the name implies. It is a remailing website that brokers your purchase and then ships it to you. They have no resource to indicate whether an item they offer is in stock or is out of stock because technically they don't stock anything.
Do yourself a favor and order whatever you need for your camper, trailer or anything else needed to service your RV from the website that actually manufactures that item.
I needed a bracket that would hold my spare tire, however it needed to be 10 inche extension. The largest they had was 6 inches. He tried to offer other options, great communication

I placed an order on line, on June 29th, 2017. Got a email right away saying the item had been sent to the distribution center and out for delivery in less than 7 days. After hearing nothing by July 5th I began to try to call. Tried approximately 15 tries with no answer before someone finally answered on July 9th. I was advised that the item I ordered was on back order and would not be available until the end of July.
I cancelled the order and will never buy anything from e trailer again. This is terrible customer service and advise everyone to buy elseware.
