The company has cultivated a strong reputation for high-quality products and reliable customer service, with many customers expressing satisfaction with the ease of ordering and the helpfulness of detailed product information on their website. Positive feedback highlights prompt shipping and effective support from representatives, fostering customer loyalty. However, some concerns emerged regarding specific product fit issues and return processes, particularly with camper-related items. Overall, while the company excels in product quality and customer assistance, enhancing clarity on specific product compatibility could further improve the customer experience.

When I did not get a prompt email response, I called and made a telephone order. The phone representative did not recommend bushing replacement. The email response and recommendation came after the order was already delivered. My installer did not think it was necessary and proceeded without the bushings. I would have ordered and had the bushings installed, if I would have had timely recommendation.
My question was regarding the range of the wireless Prodigy RF brake controller # *******. Jameson C was quick to respond that this unit has a 300 foot range so our 36 foot motor home should not be a problem.
Thank you for the quick response, Jameson.

I asked a question regarding Using Hitch High/Low Adapter for Extra Ground Clearance with a Hitch Cargo Carrier and it was promptly responded to by Adam R in a succinctly, very understandable and very helpful manner.
Thank you for such a detailed and quick response to my inquiry on my trailer questions! I am sure there will be more questions about other things as I move forward in becoming a first time trailer owner and I look forward to sharing those things with you.
I am absolutely satisfied with the answer the Conner provided. He also provided a link to the solution and it was excellent! What I finally did was bought a new Mictuning Winch In/Winch out toggle switch and installed it in my new 2017 Ranger 900XP. When I cut the original in/out switch off I reversed the wires per his directions to the new toggle. Worked like a champ!
However, some items need to be updated to match the items you receive as far as the dimensions and product pictures... (Here's my review of a product #853-7887 Stay-Put Thule cradle) I do love these cradles and they worked fine for me AFTER a bit of alterations. So the 4 I ordered and received 9/15/17 DID NOT fit on the 1" pipe that my bike rack has equipped. Granted my rack isn't a Thule, these cradles are designed and claim to accommodate 1" diameter pipes all the same. So if you zoom in on the product pic on this website you can see the hole dimension shows 1" in diameter and the inside is SMOOTH. What you DON'T see are the ridges that are inside the hole of the cradles that I received, making that 1" diameter SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. Small enough to NEVER fit on a 1" tube. How do I know? Because I had to grind them off considerably for the cradles to even start go slide on. I did leave about 1/3 of each of the grooves on so the fit was tight enough to not slide around. So be warned, you may have to modify if you do receive these with the ridges inside. I used an oscillating spindle sander with 7/8" bit and I targeted each ridge individually as opposed to using a 1" bit that would probably take too much off. Here's a pic. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take pics of the ridges prior to sander them off.
Was having issues with a brake retro fit to HOE. Asked a lot of questions of Jon G and good great answers. Turned out the tow vehicle had a problem with the 7-way connector
Determining replacement parts for a coupler was more difficult than anticipated. This was complicated by 24 hour response to each question or clarification. There seemed to be a certain level of knowledge but, it was hard to get that knowedge communicated. It was much faster to find a local distributer.
Have asked them a few questions lately on the availability of parts, they have always responded quickly with the right answers!
I mounted this winch in our boathouse to pull a 16 foot fishing boat with outboard motor from the lake into the boathouse along wooden boat rollers. The winch is rated for a 38 foot strap capacity. I used a 35 foot strap so as to reach the outer end of the roller path and the winch handled that length of strap comfortably. Once the boat is on the upper section of the rollers I can use the high speed gear. I could probably use the high speed gear for the entire pull but I haven't tried it yet. Pulling the boat in with this winch is almost effortless. The winch is well made and satisfyingly heavy. It operates smoothly without any wobble. I recommend this winch.
Great service and fast response. I ordered Item # TTWAS12B45WSHP and received them today. Thanks again
Very helpful staff, explained everything to me. Had some parts on hand and ordered what you didn't have. Ought to be shipping everything today. Thanks.
I have a teardrop RV trailer, Prolite Plus. It's a dandy, made in Quebec Canada, only 14.5 feet long from bumper to tongue. Wanted a cover for it, but didn't know which one would fit. Etrailer's experts put me right on what I needed. I am grateful.
I am very pleased with the answer I received. I will be purchasing the recommended product once I confirm the dimensions, as recommended.
Thanks.
Jameson provided excellent advice that finally answered my question. I found the truck dealerships not very helpful, in fact to the point saying their hitch suppliers had only the purchase of a complete new hitch from them of course that would work. After getting Jameson's answer I immediately contacted the adapter manufacturer to ascertain if the adapter would fit the year hitch I had as I forgot to mention that in my question. I then asked the manufacturer if they shipped to Canada. It turns out they have dealers just down the road from my house. So all is said and done, my old hitch works on my new truck. Needless to say I schooled the dealer on this adapter.
Timely response with the info that I requested. Great service as always.
Pleasure doing business with ETrailer.
Great info. I appreciate the part numbers for use in my conversion, and for the great advice from the trailer experts! Well done! Jeff
Needed a Replacement Tail Clamp for Extang Trifecta 2.0 Tonneau Cover for my Ram pickup. Couldn't find it on their site. Sent customer service an email and within 24 hours Chris R. Responded letting me know that they didn't have it but give them a couple days and they would send me a link to purchase. In 1 day I received the link purchased and got the item in 3 days.
Perfect service - can't ask for anything more.
All needs met beyond expectation for replacement extang tonneau cover for a 1994 Silerado 6 1/2 ft fleetside
Thanks, Jason. This info will help me figure what else I can do with the space, insofar as I will be adding an extra fuel tank.
Answer: First one to pop up on google search. No other reason.
