Horrible! I'm having a horrible experience with etrailer. Not only is the customer service poor, but the website is inaccurate. I ordered an RV cover and no where on the site did it state "not in stock." However, after placing an order, I first received an email saying my product would ship shortly; then, another email indicating the product was not in stock.
A sales person then proceeded to try to coax me to accept an inferior product (hideous RV cover). Additionally, they've changed the arrival date multiple times. When I complained, a new representative began to blame meinsisting

Please: pay the shipping cost or small increase at another site and save yourself the trouble of ordering with this company. Terrible customer service... the aggravation is not worth it.

I needed a bike rack to go on a trip I was planning so I ordered one and it fit on my van so everything worked out great. It came after a couple of weeks but I still had a lot of time to try it out before the trip and it worked great.

He gave the answer the manufacturer gave him. Was told the item would not work for me. Looking at video's an images of the product, I think it would have worked for me, but not willing to buy it to find out. I went to a rackattack locally where they have product on hand and were able to get me what I needed.
Nothing said was the problem, I bought this used so I rotated the tires keeping them on the same side but moved them front to back.we will see in a few weeks whats going on... thanks for the info
Do not buy from this company I purchased a $1470. 00 fifth wheel hitch from them waited over a week for delivery never got it I live 5 hours from their warehouse when I asked about my package got the run around for 2 days even had to call the trucking company myself only to be told they had it but not sure when it will be delivered then when I asked for my money back was told I could drive 3 hours to where my package is and get it myself

Got a recommendation from etrailor for a best fit cover and it was right on! Cover fits well and looks good, but seems to need some extra strapping for the middle of body and overhang to make it more wind worthy. Can't wait to see how it performs this winter.

Jon provides pictures that printed directly to my issue. Saved me lots of time testing wires inside the trailer walls. Wish the location of the wires for GM vehicles were readily available before, but he was able to help. Also the link on the website would not load so I asked if he could email me directly, and within minutes sent it directly to my personal email.

I can't speak about the product because the customer service went out of their way to make sure I didn't get what I needed. I promptly notified them about canceling my order within 10 min of placing it. Responded saying they couldn't and that I had to pay 400% for return shipping compared to what I paid for. I pointed out to the unfairness but wouldn't work things out. I'm just one customer and certainly will not affect their market but I will never purchase from eTrailer and I will definitely not recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied. I hope at least I get some fraction of refund back but at this point I'm pretty much used to the idea that I lost my money.
Good service and info, but looks like this does not fit/work on 2015 Tacoma. I'll have to fall back on option #2 which is to cut wires and splice to the T-Connector.

When I bought my Blue Ox towing system, the baseplate did not come with plastic plugs to keep dirt out of the towing pin holes when not in use. Jon at etrailer knew exactly what I needed and shipped them. Good work, Jon! Also I needed spare pins and clips for the Blue Ox tow bar 'claws' and I wasn't sure if the etrailer ones listed were the right size. Again, Jon sent me the correct item number and link. I bought those too. It took only a few days to receive both items. Excellent service!
The rating is only due to poor delivery. Paula S. Has been outstanding in keeping me notified of delivery status even contacting me on a Sunday WOW! Also, Kyle S. Was quick to respond with technical details even though they should have been part of the product description. Since etrailer gets the product from LIppert is where the delay is occurring. Total time for me to get the product is over a month... not good in this day and climate.
I have been using etrailer for years to get parts for my camper and boat trailers. The staff are knowledgeable which is the best part about this site. If you are not sure what components you need, just ask a question and usually within a day, you have answers with the right part numbers. The installation videos they provide are very informative and help get the job done correctly. Shipping is fast, and so far, the parts I purchased have performed as advertised. You maybe able to save a dollar or two shopping for individual components on ebay or the web, but having the right kits, with the expert advise on selecting them is valuable and makes me come back and shop here more.
Price matching, exact experience in their controlled, but apparently growing, area of expertise, low wait experienced LIVE tech support, very reasonable pricing, very quality suppliers, the most complete and absolutely best Internet web site on the entire WEB. As a small business owner with over 25 years of dealing with all sizes of companies as well fortune 500 size suppliers I must question if this public view, for its current size, is not one of the best managed companies in the US. Improvements possible, yes and growth speed bumps potentials ahead sure, but a prudent driver takes them at moderate speed one at a time.
