I am confused on some of the negative comments about customer service. I have purchased nearly a dozen item from them, I had a problem with it once or twice and each time they responded promptly and take care of it. I do communicate with them via email and they respond promptly.

I have been using etrailer for several years and I always get great service. My first experience several years ago I ordered what I thought was a pair of trailer springs, but only received 1. Called customer service and they overnighted me a 2nd one free of charge. Have used them ever since. Orders are always shipped quickly and I get them faster than promised. Prices are usually the lowest or about the same as others when I check, but why chance using someone else.
Exceedingly poor customer service. Placed order June 7. Vendor paid. Partial shipment June 27. Inquiry by buyer: order not processed. Order finally shipped July 13. Vendor failed to correct their error with expedited shipping. Profit before people is their mantra. Last time I order from this outfit again. Amazon had everything I ordered for less and two day shipping with Prime. You'd be foolish to order form this company and their refusal to correct their mistake, which the customer paid for in money and time, when there are far better sources for the same items. I bought a expensive bike carrier from e trailer and after the first time using it the support arms broke. I asked for them to send me a replacement part. They said I had to purchase the replacement part and pay shipping both ways. Then wait to get refunded. Bridgette The supervisor was extremely rude and did not have any customer service skills at all. If you purchase anything from this company don't plan on returning anything or having a warranty.
The information was indepth and well put and easy to follow. Was just looking for the harness separately, might have to buy other lights.

I am having sway issues with my newly purchased BlueOx Pro Anti sway system. When I called etrailer for advise I was told the person has no experience and does not know of anyone that has experience with Blue Ox at etrailer. She has never sold one in years. My experience so far is horrible and etrailer does not want to help. I was advised to call Blue Ox if I needed any help. I would advise anyone wanting to purchase a BlueOx anti-sway/weight distribution hitch to no go through etrailer. They advertise expert assistance which is not true from my experience.

While the answer was technically correct and the best answer for the question available to date, I felt that not having a product that fits my needs takes away from the overall fitment I wanted for my trailer. The whole trailer is built with single wire lights to include the interior lights. I find it hard to believe no one makes a LED single wire interior lights. Yet, no amount of searches has found anything to match the incandescent original. My o ly recourse is to use an RV porch light and ground it to the trailer.

Thank your for your feedback. But maybe I did not explain my self. I don't want just to remove the speedknob, I want a second lock, something to provide an additional security item to my rack. Something like "2848DAT", the small lock. If I'm correct the small lock can be use on my rack to provide an additional security item.
Purchased a Draw-Tite hitch for my 2011 Silverado to replace a rusted out oem one. Ordered on a Thursday and UPS delivered it on Saturday. Exceptional sales and delivery.
The ******* hitch installed to the factory mounting points with no issue. Took at best 20 minutes to install. Would use etrailer again for sure.

I ordered a Yakima roof rack for my 2018 Ford Focus ST on May 27th. My current roof rack is in such terrible shape and is barely holding on so I needed it in a short time period. (3 days from then, paying $20 more for 3 day shipping) I received an email hours after ordering that said the item is delayed and they will be doing everything they can to rush the order. I emailed back promptly saying no problem, as long as I got my $20 back. I did not receive any response for 2 weeks. I called customer service to see what was going on. Apparently the clips were not in stock. After a few calls the lady told me to change me order to a different rack. (no discount offered for the frustration) I then said I wouldn't mind getting a different rack. After receiving a "link" to the new rack, I was told to complete yet another order. My response was NO. Just save yourself from the headache and do not order from this company. I am very patient but they made this way harder than it had to be. Very poor communication and customer service. If I had a choice, 0 stars.
Once again, after ordering from etrailer, I am convinced that this company offers the best and most comprehensive information regarding hitches and bike racks. Ask any question and you will get a response from the support team--typically in just hours. Also, prices are very competitive and order follow-up is timely. Recommended very highly!
