Easy to use and fun too. I just needed a replacement part for my ski rack. They had it in stock and it arrived quickly!
The hitch was just put into a cardboard box with no packing whatsoever. Just bouncing around in there, tearing through the box during shipment. The paint is scratched up in a bunch of places. They should include touch up paint if they're going to be so cheap and lazy as to ship something this way.
