I needed to replace a 32" Jensen TV in my motorhome as the original TV was 17 years old and finally quit working. Etrailer had a replacement Jensen 32" on sale so I ordered it online. It took about a week for it to be delivered to a nearby UPS store.
Second hitch and wiring setup purchased in the last 12 months. Very easy to search and identify exactly what you need and compare options. Click click and the order is in. Shipped within a few hours. In terms of install, the videos are excellent. Watch them and you cannot screw the job up. In this case I did have to remove the bumper so a little extra time but I think I was done with the hitch and wiring install including cleanup in about 90 minutes.
Another item ordered from trailer, and once again, great price, super fast shipping and product as described! Installation went great, I have another happy customer on the road.
I payed extra to get your endorsed product, another on the site was cheaper, I shall see if it was worth it.

I'm happy with my order, because is always on time and good shape. But something I always struggle with is the amount of stapples are in my box and the problem is that sometimes it catches the boxes of my winches. I do not feel very happy about it.
